This hotel is situated in Lido, 3 bus stops from the vaporetto station (Lido SME). The building is quite old but it works and the staff is very nice and helpful. The room was quite clean except for the moquette that was dirty. In each room there is a fridge where you can put your own stuff. I would recommend it if you want to save money for the accommodation in Venice that is usually very expensive.

Nice and quiet place on Lido island, 10-15 min from boat doc. We have no problem with room, but the hotel charge full payment from credit card without asking me if I want so. No problems with stuff or cleaners.

Villa Parco Is located a 10 mins walk from the main boat station at Lido. The building is quite old and my room had cracker walls, a very dirty carpet covering the entire floor, the tiles in the bathroom were cracked, and maybe worst of all was the patches of mould above and in the showercabin. I personally didnt have any problems with the hotel staff, but I know other guests did, since we could hear the fighting all the way to the breakfastroom. For 5€ one can have breakfast, not recommended.
