My friend and I only had time to stay for one night, but we really enjoyed our time here! Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have tours, motorbike rentals ($6USD/day), free internet, and they're within walking distance of a good number of food shops. Good value for money!

This is a fantastic place to stay - made particularly special because of the staff. Everyone who works at this place will bend over backwards to give you the most enjoyable stay possible. Rot's secret tour is definitely worthwhile, even for people who 'don't do tours' like ourselves. You see so much and even get to spend time with the hilltribe community where Rot was born. Pink House has so much character and we really can't recommend it highly enough!

We had an excellent stay there. Rot and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcomed and at home. We took up Rot's countryside tour as well which was pretty awesome, probably one of the best tours we have been on. Our guide Sun was really funny, which helped make our tour alot more fun as well. Would definitely recommend both the accommodation and tour

My favorite place that Ive stayed in Vietnam. Rot makes you feel like a member of the family. His tour was absolutely outstanding as well. Sad to have left.

The countryside motorbike tour was awesome! Mr Rot and his brother were very accommodating and brought some of the guests for dinner at local restaurant and hear him sing.

We enjoyed staying at Pink House very much! It was clean, security was good, the staff were very friendly and humorous people and the view from our balcony was spectacular, so a really good value hotel! :) The location is littlebit off from the center, but not too much (you can walk to the center) and I think it was only good :)

The first impression of the room is very nice. But I found out that part of board underneath the bed was broken. The wall was so thin, I could hear the next door neighbour music playing so loud all night. The breakfast was almost equal to nothing. The water in the bathroom go everywhere.

What can we say?! Rot's 'secret' tour was the best EVER!! Please don't do too many though Rot as it will get too touristy! Thank you for one of the best days of our trip! Oh how we laughed!! The hotel was fab too...such lovely furnishings, so clean, good shower, nice staff. Breakfast was a bit piddly and there was a lack of choice and wifi was very slow upstairs but all in all fantastic! Have recommended it lots already!! P.s go to the local resturant and bakery both were lovely!

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and in an OK location for the sights, although stuff like the cable car is a fair walk. It also offers a secret tour. The tour is a little pricey, at $20pp, and you have to remember to ask for it at reception, but it offers a worthwhile 120km motorbike trip around the countryside to local markets, trades and villages.

They has forgotten our reservation and wanted that we stay at the hostel from his cousin. That was really bad so we had to search for an other hostel. The staff was realls unfriendly.

After booking into this hostel from reading reviews and the fact that it looked quite quirky we were annoyed to find out that we were not actually staying in the pink villa, but we had been bumped to another hotel over the road. We tried arguing but no joy and where then just hit by Rot and his sales pitch. Added to this that the guy who ran the hotel tried to charge us for hot water. Pay less and stay closer to the centre

Absolutely loved this place, it was a quick walk to the center and the nearby attractions. Breakfast was simple, but okay for being included in the price. Mr. Rot's "secret" tour of the outskirts was amazing, definitely worth the money as it was probably one of the highlights of my trip in Vietnam. He even organized a dinner for all of us that evening! I definitely recommend this place in Dalat...very cozy, amazing, English speaking, helpful staff. Great place to stay!

Rot and his team do an excellent job of making every guest feel comfortable. Their day tour of the country side was very good. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel with staff who are always happy and willing to help. A little out of they way, but that lent itself to a very good nights rest. Worth a visit

This hotel is incredibly clean and the staff top notch. I have nothing negative to say except the breakfast is a little light. I highly recommend this hotel!

This review is based on my stay at Hoang Kim Hotel down the road from Pink House. New hotel and big room (as I booked a single but got double bed), free internet and friendly staff. Only downside was the room was below the reception and there was a bit of noise from people on the stairs and talking at reception. But yes I would return there.
