Great stay at the Pink House. The secret tour is fantastic and I'd recommend it to anyone! If you are not a confident scooter rider however I would suggest not taking your own scooter. The hotel said it would be absolutely fine, but we ended up doing some serious Ewan Mcgregor traverses the ukraine style mud clay edge of mountain riding..
Stayed here for 3 nights and it's a nice quiet hotel with helpful staff. It's a little out the way of the main restaurant street but still within walking distance. If you want to meet people it won't happen here however if you are heading there to cycle and trek it's the perfect place!
Villa Pink House was comfortable and clean. The hot water was not very reliable, and the breakfast was not too hearty. However, the house does have charm, and the rooms were very spacious. It does get quite cool in Da Lat, so the weather may influence your stay more than you expect, especially if it is rainy. All guests MUST take the hotel's "secret tour"! It was one of our best experiences in Southeast Asia. You will have a great guide, and great company. You will experience Vietnam!
We loved the secret tour, organised by the hostel! We would highly recommend that tour!!! Loved the friendly staff. Great place to stay!!!
This is really a hotel, not a hostel. The breakfast is simple, cold: a baguette with jam or cheese. I would have expected more from a place like this. It was also quite cold in my room, and I really had to bundle up to be comfortable. (I was there mid October.) The "secret tour" was really great, although I'm not sure you couldn't get a similar experience for a better price. The staff was very helpful.
Very helpful staff. Nice room but pillow was as comfortable as a bag of rice.
great hotel great staff who can speak fluent Chinese and very worm-kinded Also he can arrang a secret tour if u have enough time We'll worth the money!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is alright, it is about a 10 minute walk from the centre. We rented some bikes from the reception, which were delivered to the door about 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, when we were in Da Lat is was pretty cold and wet, otherwise we would have gone on the Secret tour! Breakfast was ok, very simple.
Room is big and we got double bed for each person, the house is beautiful and cosy. Mr. Rot's secret tour is highly recommended although the price seems kinda high. We stayed 2 nights, I would suggest that there should be an extra roll of toilet paper for convenience sake. No toiletries provided, be sure to bring your own, our room light at the attic is faulty but staff promptly looked into it, internet connection not constant but not really an issue.
Rooms, hotel and location were great and ideal to discover Dalat. However some member of the staff were not very pleasant.

Everything was good. Especially the "secret tour" and the helpful staff made our stay very special!
Da Lat is not a tourist destination. Simple. Your heart will sink that you came here. It's a fine enough place but not worth the detour at all.
Had an unexpected power outage and no running water for a few hours one morning. We were not aware but it wasn't really an inconvenience. Stairs is the only option to access all levels of the hostel so be ready for the climb if you are on the top floor.
This was a quaint and cute hostel, a small walk from the centre, but right next to lots of other hostels. Rooms were nice and spacious, comfy beds.... A good deal!
Clean hostel, but staff seemed to lose interest in us when we said we didn't want to take the 'Secret Tour' (we didn't have time.) When we came to leave there was confusion over our pick up and staff who were on duty spoke little English and were unhelpful.
Loved this place the secret tour was one of the highlights of my trip to viet nam
Very nice, large room, friendly staff and good location.
Very friendly staff Quite ideally located - far away from the noise but not more than 5 minutes by walk into town. Highly recommend the Secret Tour. This was easily the best part of our Vietnam trip. Dalat is a sweet little town with nice street food and very pleasant weather. These two days spent will be remembered by us for a long long time. Thank you Pink House! :)
Clean, convenient and friendly. Internet connection was patchy but that's not limited to this hotel.
We enjoy our stay there. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast very basic. The secret tour of the hotel was great but a little bit expensive!
