From Milan or Rome: Motorway A1, exit Firenze Impruneta. After the toll booth, go right on the Superstrata in the direction of Siena. Before Siena follow the "tangenziale" in the direction of Grosseto, then take the road Siena-Grosseto no. 223. After 7 km. Exit at "S.ROCCO A PILLI". After about 1 km you will arrive in the town of S.Rocco a Pilli, pass through the town until you see the "Coop supermarket" on your left. At the Stop sign turn right following the signs for PILLI. After 50 metres go straight through another roundabout, along the road with trees and houses, continuing in the direction of "PILLI". Continuing on for 2,5 km there is the sign that indicates the beginning of the village "PILLI". 30 m after the sign turn left onto a narrow street between houses and continue for 200 m until you find a gate that closes the road: this is the entrance to the Villa.
