POSITIVE: the owners are very friendly and helpful. you have family atmosphere and privacy at the same time. the rooms and facilities are very nice. well equipped kitchen and living room. good breakfast. NEGATIVE: it's rather far out. the area around it is not exactly great. there were quite a lot of mosquitos during october.

I had a great stay here, staff were friendly and helpful: they made sure I had a map and know how to get around the city. It is really easy to get from the B&B to the Vatican, and not too much extra to get to termini station. Would definitely recommend staying here. I was traveling alone so I appreciated how easy it was to find the place and to meet other travelers but also have a place to rest in the late afternoon.

Very clean, nice owners and beautiful house. Breakfast was okay, self service. Good wifi. The trainstation Ottava is only 50 meters from the house but it takes around 50 minutes to get into Rome central station.

The place was beautiful and clean. The location was a little off the beaten path, but very close to the train. The staff were very nice and helpful. I did have to wait for them to arrive for about an hour and a half, luckily the rest of the stay made up for that :)

Great place! Quiet and safe, outside the city – but very close to the metro. You get to live like a Roman family with shops, pizzeria, café, bar etc. nearby. With the friendliest hosts possible it feels homely, but with many facilities. For example a breakfast buffet, the nicest little garden with pool etc. Isabella speaks English and is happy to help. She even helped me getting to the airport – and they made a fantastic four course dinner for us guests. The best food I tasted on my entire trip!

This place was great! The location is a bit from the main part of Rome but a train station is across the street, with a 20 ride taking you to a couple of key stops. The accommodations were amazing. Very comfortable here. No Internet in the room though, only in the common area. Breakfast was good. The host was very nice, giving help to get around the city. I very much enjoyed my stay, adding an addition two nights after my arrival.

The owners are very kind and helpful. The location is a little out of the way, but is near a train station.
