Great location in the centre of town. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is one of the best I've had in a European hostel. Good bar area with fantastic happy hour, social hostel which makes it easy to meet people. Will have excellent facilities once renovations are complete.

Really nice hostel like a hotel with a fun bar. One word of advice - DO NOT DO THE SAILING TRIP!!! Its 64 euros and the captain is horrible. It was advertised as a fun day boat trip with snorkeling. Went with 12 people on the boat and the guy only provided one snorkel for 12 of us... We were told we could drink if we brought our own stuff.. Captain was ridiculously strict saying he would "kill us if we put our camera on the table because it scratches his boat"...

Villa saint Exupery was in a great spot, really close to everything. As a backpacker, I really enjoyed the offer of a free breakfast and the staff were so helpful! At breakfast they would ask what we were up to for the day and offer advice and suggestions. Really good!!

Super friendly hostel! The location was wonderful! Lots of computers to use free of charge. Free coffee! A Fun Bar! A refrigerator and kitchen area to share . They will do your laundry same day for reasonable charge! A great place to chat with other travelers (mostly twenties). Free tour of the city 2-3 times a week. W had fun! My daughter and I had a good time and I am 59. Free breakfast every morning. Only complaint was the lift (elevator) wasn't working.

Very expensive for what it is. Not enough lockers for everyone in the room. Beds are comfy. No locks on shower doors. Staff are great

This hostel was great- great bar, great advice from staff, great atmosphere, clean, bring your own lock for the lockers in the room. All of the staff were extremely helpful except one guy who works at the front desk, who was so arrogant and rude- wish I got his name. Besides him, was fantastic. Lots of cereals to choose from and toast- free coffee and hot choc throughout the day. I'd stay there again.

Lockers not provided for each person in mixed quad. Cleanliness depended on staff member at the tiime. Suggest clients remove their linen themselves and dump in a basket etc to ensure change of linen for next person.Music went on too long one night , until 1am, disturbing sleep. Bike hire a bit pricey.

As my first hostel experience I have to say I had the best four days! I met so many new people, has an amazing free walking tour of the city, bonded with roommates and explored the wonders of Nice. I highly recommend staying here and I would do so again.
