Quite far from centre and railway station. Generally The atmosphere was anonymous. Staff tried their best but couln't always manage to provide good service.

Perfect if you are young, not engaged and searching for fun and adventures. Really adviced, in this sense. Near the centre, bus service to take you to the tram, nice staff, tons of young guys to socialize with. Price for a 6-bed room is fine. Avoid it if you are out with your partner: 45€ for a tiny double (2 single beds) and a poor breakfast is craziness. Cleaneliness: maybe i was unlucky, but: - Several spots on my sheet - Smelling socks in the wardrobe! A tremendous smell when we arrived.

The rooms were very dirty and damp. The staff is mostly disorganized and seem to have no idea what they are doing most of the time, and in one case, just outright rude. Be prepared to switch rooms (possibly multiple times). The food was awful. The worst was the location. It was difficult to get anywhere from the hostel, and the staff gave terrible directions. I wouldn\'t stay here again.

This place is very good for young people. The food was excellent and the rooms nice. The only problem for me is that you have to walk or take the hostel shuttle to the nearest tram station.

Don't let the slightly out-of-the-way location deter you from staying here. The hostel does a great job of accomodating for the distance from the beach with a frequent shuttle to the tram. We found the staff, rooms, and facilities to be amazing!

The hostel and it's grounds are pleasant. The reception is so slow. You wait in line at least for 10 to 15 minutes. Whilst the staff are friendly they could work quicker. It seemed only one guy could actually operate the system properly meaning queries couldn't get dealt with even after waiting = mega frustrating. The breakfast is ok but is just cereal and toast. Nothing special. Was hoping for continental breakfast. Locks on bathrooms would be a nice touch. Hostel quite a way from city centre.

A great hostel, yes it was a little out of the way but this allows you to see a bit outside of the touristy downtown of Nice. Friendly staff, lots of interesting people to talk to. Very nice, extremely safe, free wi-fi and lots of computers with internet. I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone travelling through nice.

Squeaky door to the bathroom in the girls dormitory was really annoying, but great cooking facilities and breakfast in the morning was super. The shuttle was a little inconvenient, I wish it was active all day, but over all the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

Great hostel! The staff is very friendly and from all over the world. Also the bar is super cheap for good food and drink! 1 euro beer happy hour and 10 euro for a bottle of decent quality sparkling wine. They also do your laundry for you for 7 euro. The building is fantastic and they have a shuttle from the tram. They even gave mlace to stae a shuttle ride to the airport at 5 am for half the price of a taxi since the public transit wasn't open yet. Definitely a great place to stay.

Hostel is great! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hostel is perfect balance of party and relaxing. Kind of out of the way but the shuttle service made it so it wasn't a problem at all.

Very helpful, great advise about what to see and do in the area and how to get about. It is a bit out of town but their shuttle service was great and the tram and train cheap and frequent. We had a good time.

this place was beyond disappointing.Quite frankly it was awful. Some of the staff (ie the american guy) were extremely rude and unhelpful. My friend was given a bathmat for a towel and told "well its all we have".Our room was terrible as it was right beside reception so ppl were constantly trying to open the door. There were no separate bed lamps and no hooks in the bathrooms. Also they claim to have a shuttle service that runs every 15 minutes but we waited a full hour. very poorly run.

This was a great hostel, but opt for a smaller room. The big ones are really onyl good if you don't plan on sleeping.

Shuttle was nice, but it is still quite far from the main town and we had to take the tram every time. The owner is very nice though, and was very helpful in explaining activities in the area and places to visit.

All your staff was exceptionally welcomming, polite and very patient. Miss Tilde Halgren was especially lovely and helpfull and kind; George and cameron were also especialyy helpfull and very professional. Ronan at your city hostel was also most gracious and professional. I only wish that people spoke French, because that is one of the reasons I visit France. The shuttle drivers were also very nice and professional. Thanks: Jim Lyden
