I loved the place. It's a 10 minutes drive from Ochi. Scenery wonderful, right over the sea. The owner Oliver and his friend Georgina were very nice and friendly. We actually had drinks together in Oliver's beach bar which is also superb. I felt really good there and I highly reccomend the place.

This is a real gem. The location is fantastic, you can easily get a bus into Ocho Rios or take a slow walk down to Marley beach which is a lovely area. The room overlooking the sea has an unrivaled view. I had the room with two doubles and the unique outdoor/indoor shower which comes out of a tree. I was comfortable, there was a fan and satellite tv. I felt safe and the owner was very very helpful. I had a hire car and there was space behind locked gates to park it. A little piece of paradise

Villa Sake is situated in one of the finest geographical locations. The view of the ocean, enclosing trees and cliff make for a good dose of happiness in the morning, alongside a nice cup of dandelion tea. However, the information posted on Hostelworld in regards to price and location were misleading. The price of Villa Sake is not under $20 and all the rooms come with different price tags. Also, expect to see the owner milling around - it is unclear as to his role as he does not live there.

DO NOT STAY ITS A RIP OFF First the prices are not as advertised. All are over double but they do not tell you until you arrive. Its a rip off. Also, its more the 30 min taxi ride to Ocho Rios. It is not in or even near Ocho Rios. Mr Oliver, the suppressive owner, is very rude and ignorant. Hes always walking around property but does not live there. He goes through peoples rooms and belongings. Then he only tells of places he runs to go to and gets mad if you go somewhere else. No shops or restaurants eve
