We are located in a very tranquil neighborhood, plenty of public green areas and just 5 minutes by train from Venice downtown
Villa Teresa also offers private free parking and free wi-fi; breakfast includes cakes, marmalade, joghurt abd coffee
Please note all double rooms fit a 3rd and 4th extra bed; should you be interested in adding an extra bed, please make a booking for a double room and email the hotel directly so that we can arrange any extra bed needed directly

Regarding the price is very good, with a comfortable and clean, just a little dark due to the location of the windows, but it is quite nice, very close to the metro station and a supermarket.
