Villa Tortuga was an oasis away from the beach. We went to the beach , and then came "home" to a tranquil garden and our casita. We were skeptical at first but soon realized we had hit the jackpot. For us, a winter vacation is reading books, eating GOOD food; (not mountains of food as at an all inclusive) , snorkelling & walking the beach , a few margaritas and then retreat to a haven of quiet that isn't usually available at the beach. The new restaurant at Tortuga is fantastic.
