Decent place. Staff were decent and welcoming. Run by a dutch couple who were freindly. Location wise its south of the 'main' old town whilst still in the CBD and 2 miles/3kms east of the flash part of town. Rooms are decent and the place has character. Food is also decentDecent place. I was disappointed with my stay at Villa Zieshaan and wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
On arrival, we discovered dirty plates stuffed in the cupboard and a safe which didn't function properly.
The rooms themselves were small and poorly lit and the beds were uncomfortable.
On the first morning, there was no hot water and on the second morning, there was no running water at all.
