Villa Zone, located near the central spa park and the famous fountain is one of the most beautiful and modernly furnished villas in Niska spa. Zone comprises of luxury apartments. Gust capacity is 45 beds that are arranged in 15 comfortable apartments, 5 of which are double, 5 3-bed and 5 4-bed. Apartments consist of one or two rooms depending on the number of beds.
All are high quality and contain a separate bathroom and kitchen with a stove, refrigerator and all utensils. Comfortable beds, a dining table, cable TV and wireless internet are an integral part of the apartment.
Several spacious terraces and a garden with a fountain are ideal for taking a rest and relaxation while having a morning coffee. A spacious parking lot is a part of the residential building.

Latest Review
First thing to realise is that Villa Zone is in Niska Banja which is a small town about 10km from Nis and not actually in Nis itself. That said there is a very reliable bus connection to the city so it is not a problem. The rooms and sheets are fine and staff come in once a day to clean. The shower is hot and facilities are fine. Each room has a small electric stove/oven. However no kettle and the stove is a little underpowered so its hard to cook. Still the place is great value. Recommended.
