First thing to realise is that Villa Zone is in Niska Banja which is a small town about 10km from Nis and not actually in Nis itself. That said there is a very reliable bus connection to the city so it is not a problem. The rooms and sheets are fine and staff come in once a day to clean. The shower is hot and facilities are fine. Each room has a small electric stove/oven. However no kettle and the stove is a little underpowered so its hard to cook. Still the place is great value. Recommended.
