People who stay at apartments at Sezerce should know, that the bus-stop is one before the entrance and hotels of the park, busdrivers will not necessarily be able to tell you where to get off and if you miss the stop, it is a 2 km walk along a street back. We were happy with everything concerning Villa Zora and enjoyed the conversations with Boris and his family.

It could provide a house feeling to the guests and the owners of the house were very friendly and helpful. However, its location was far away from bus stop and lake. We walked about 80 mins to the entrance of lake and 25 mins to bus stop.

Around 20mins from hostel to Park entrance, a warm house and the family members are nice & helpful. But the breakfast is a bit expensive.

Excellent location, away from the hustle & bustle of Plitvice Lakes, yet within a leisurely walkable distance from them.Heart-warming breakfast,as well(one of the tastiest omelettes I've ever had!).The main asset of Villa Zora, though,is its staff:Branko, his son and the mighty granny,Jelena.Despite her old age, she's dominating the place with her active presence.Plenty of chances for creative conversations, too.A sign indicating where the Villa is located would really be helpful, though

Very charming house, basc but clean, and extremely helpful and hospitable owner. It is situated about 2km from the Lakes entrance and Plitvice Jezera bus stop, but the owner will pick you up in his car if you need it. Lovely breakfast too.

Hello Branko! Writing to let you know we had a great time with you and your family at Villa Zora! One of the best places we've been in our travels. Will always remember your hospitality. It was really special for us! Hope to see you some day... Alvaro & Fernanda.

It's a little out the way, but really not that far from the main road. The house is really nice, and the family are awesome. We played guitar with them in the morning after breakfast! Check out the owner's unique fretboard... Only a 10min walk from the lakes really and not far from the bus stop. Definitely worth a stop off on your travels.

The place is really nice. The room was big enough and clean. The fridge is in a corridor and free to use by guests (we lost a bottle of mineral water :( ). The location is v. good, just 20 minute walk from entrance to the lakes. The owner is great person, willing to help. I totally recommend Villa Zora.
