Novice Nomad (1)

We could not find the hotel,I called them. The lady with a very nice voice said: "I am very sorry, but I do not have a room for you. I don't know how the system works. I sent an e-mail informing you about having no availability for the night you booked" I explained that there was a deposit put on my CC and I have a confirmed booking, but she could not do anything... And she did not even ask for my name or reff #... no more comments...
