first of all my overall rating is not 20% its 0% . where do i start. in future when you advertize on hostel world it would be nice if your address and map location matched dont lie about how close you are to the ferry there is a reason why nobody stays at your hotel, they cant find the place. second of all dont choose the same name as another hotel in the same town
