Near to the main train station, the staff was friendly and helpfull. Cleanliness was poor: towel, pillow and the beding must be changed after each visit of the guest!Near to the main train station, the staff was friendly and helpfull. This place was pretty awful. Our room was infested by hundreds of mosquitos that we couldnt get rid of as the windows and doors didnt seal properly. The restraunt downstairs got our food orders wrong half the time and the food was pretty poor. besides being close to the train station its got nothing going for it. Stay at the explorers nest instead - WAY better. This place was pretty awful. Our room was infested by hundreds of mosquitos that we couldnt get rid of as the windows and doors didnt seal properly. Guesthouse is run by a lovely indian family that really makes you feel like part of the family. They are very helpful, friendly and carrying. Guesthouse is really close from the train station. They let us use their computer with internet to upload all the videos from previous part of the trip and gave us a book to read. Hostel is much cleaner than any other we stayed in and they are trying to improve themselves even more by really listening to suggestions from their guests. I recommend Vinayak! The room was pretty big. The bathroom provided us with a hot shower for about 2 minutes after that cold water only. They let us use the common bathroom on the day of departure cause we had a late train. There is a weak wireless signal in the lobby but the hostel has a computer with Internet for free. The room was pretty big.
