The owner is kind and a very interesting person , we felt like home in Jaipur. Definitely worth the money. Rooftop restaurant food was great and cheaper than other hotels restaurant. However we hope for better hot water in bathroom.

The only negative thing about this hotel is that there are no heaters in the rooms and there was a hole in the bathroom as a window, but it was really cold and there was no chance to close it. It would be a perfect place during the summer but definitely NOT during the winter. It's freezing cold!!

Very highly recommended guest house! The family were so welcoming and truly happy to ensure we had the best stay possible. Obvious efforts have been made here to make the place pleasant to stay- nicely decorated rooms, paintings on the walls, etc. Wifi lounge was a great place to relax before night train, and the signal strong- extending to the rooms. Delicious food and great atmosphere on the rooftop. Helped us with travel for no extra cost. Bit of a walk to old city but undoubtedly worth it!

We had a great time at Vinayak. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They arranged so we could stay one more day even though the guesthouse was fully booked. The restaurant served alright food with good variation for a reasonable price. I would definitly stay here if I came to Jaipur again. Good value for money.

This hostel is palatial, and seriously the most gorgeous hostel I've ever seen. The wall paintings, rooftop restaurant and room balconies are amazing. It's also family-run, and the owners are the kindest, most helpful people. We stayed here in winter so it did get cold at night and there is no heating system, but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderfull stay in Jaipur. Location is just average if you want to spend your time in city centre where is bazaar, but if you want to be near train station it is great, because it is walking distance. But the staff is really friendly and they want you to feel like home. And it works. Rooftop has decent restaurant with really nice food and wifi room is still open where you can relax.

Very clean and comfortable accomodation and very friendly staff. Highlight of this hostel is the nice rooftop restaurant which although I found the service quite slow is very nice and far better than anything on offer locally. Good spot to stay and get out and see Jaipur and very well located as the train station is just around the corner. It is walkable but you may as well give in to the army of tuk tuk and taxi drivers offering to take you as it wont cost much anyway!!

This is a good place to stay. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is really nice and attentive. There's a roof top restaurant where you can get good breakfast until late - which is great if you are not an early waker! The dinner served is decent. The guesthouse is near the train stn but almost a 20min drive away from the Pink City, so you have to be ready to negotiate with rickshaw drivers. The manager is really sweet and will go out of his way to make you feel comfortable.

It was the best hotel in which i stayed in India. I can't say anything bad about this guesthouse, because the owners of this guesthouse are great people. They really don't make you pay more money and can give very good advices. The room was clean. The house was decorated with love and good style. The rooftop restaurant (vegetarian) had internet access. The price was reasonable! I recommend the Vinayak Guesthouse!!!
