Good location and rooms, Wifi worked great, good breakfast which was free. Was extremely clean and the staff was also very helpful. Would definitely recommend to stay here.
Really nice hostel facilities wise. However it's so big that it can be really hard to meet other people. Would recommend for groups or families, avoid if traveling alone.
Convenient if you are arriving/departing from Gare du Nord, and a short walk from the Pigalle neighborhood (Moulin Rouge) and the Sacre Coeur. You can get on the metro at Gare du Nord and get to most places conveniently as well. The rooms were cramped and the shower was minuscule. Some of the staff were a bit standoffish and others were extremely helpful and pleasant. Not a great atmosphere for solo travelers but the happy hour specials will save some € on alcohol
So close to gare du nord station and just a short inexpensive metro ride from all of the big attractions. The staff were very nice and there was a grocers and an ATM right around the corner... I highly recommend it! My room even had a balcony!
Good place where stay. Pretty close to Montmartre. The bedrooms are very small but are clean. The breakfast is excellent.
The rooms were quite small and there were no lockers to lock away your things. There weren't many power plugs to use and they weren't in very good spots. The rooms were very clean. The staff were really helpful with how to get around Paris and how to get to the different sights. Breakfast was excellent in the morning and there is a supermarket next door to the hostel. Its very close to train stations and there is good wifi.
I mean the hostel itself was fine. Wifi worked in the rooms, each bed had its own light and power outlet there. 2 out of 3 staff I interacted with were great. That one other one though... She was terribly rude. Least helpful woman on the planet. Even my roommates said the same thing! She would just point you in random directions. She clearly didn't even know what she was talking about. Her friend who seemed to come and hang out every day knew more than she did.
Super clean rooms, clean bathroom in dorms with good ratio for sharing, and good location close to the Gare du Nord. However only the surrounding blocks were safe, but the outerlying streets were not (especially around metro Barbes-Rochechuart and the area around the Gare du Nord). But that is not the hostel's fault. Reliable hostel experience. Recommended if you need to be near the Gare du Nord which has the RER B line direct to Aeroport Charles de Gaulle.
Easy to find, near train station. Subway nearby. Free WIFI worked well. Very clean room.
Excellent room, nicely decorated and clean. With elevator! Good breakfast and a super reasonable price for Paris. We will return. (We're in our 70's. )
Decent stay. The breakfast was lacking- only a roll, a croissant, and coffee/tea/juice, but it's free so whatever. I don't have any complaints.
Good hostel. Should put a slam damper on the main stairwell door, that thing travels through the whole hotel!
Hi, I had a wonderful stay at Vintage Hostel and can only recommend it further. Great staff! Convenient location considering the metro connections. Good facilities and supportive helpdesk round the clock. Thank you for making my stay in Paris so memorable and comfortable! Keep it going.

With stink, no good for you ma friend!!!!!! walk two hour to pompidu, long way, feet hurt :(( French people no nice to us, always buschy...
Positives: Bathroom en-suite, clean, good atmosphere, comfortable beds. Location is pretty convenient with 2 Velib stations and a metro station within a few blocks. I recommend walking a bit for restaurants though. Staff is very helpful. Negatives: Lockers are .50 (cheap, but annoying), not in rooms, and not enough for all guests. Rooms are a bit cramped.
Located near the Gare du Nord, which is convenient on arriving but not very convenient any time else as you need a serious trip to get anywhere good. Kitchen with all amenities, standard breakfast. En suite bathrooms seem like a better idea than they actually are: when your room mates are on a different schedule than you are you do have someone right next door turning on the shower etc while you are trying to sleep. Rooms on first floor a little noisy. Very friendly staff.
