Oso itsasontzi polita, gozari buffet ederra, kamaroteak txikiak baina ez da gehiagorik behar lo egiteko. Zerbait merkea bilatzen ari bazara hau aukera ona da, luxurik gabe, zentrutik 10 min-etara eta bertako tipoa oso jatorra da. Wifia dago eta portatil bat dago edonork erabiltzeko, baina konexioa oso oso motela da (email bat begiratzeko 10 min behar izan nituen). Zenbait egunetan geratzen bazara bizikleta alokairua duzu debalde egun baterako. Gu oso pozik atera ginen bertatik, gomendagarria!

This place is awesome. Great breakfast buffet (bread, meat, cheese, yoghurt, cereal, juice, tea, coffee etc.) = great value for £. Right on edge of the RLD, opposite Nemo Museum, and short walk from Zeedjik (China Town) , a street with loads of great restaurants of all kinds of cuisine (we went to Azurro--amazing).= great location. Walls are really thin, but we didn't have much noise trouble! Strange shower, cold water ran hot, so make sure you get in & out of that shower quick! We'll be back!!

My boyfriend and I loved staying at Vita Nova. It was exceptionally cheap and cheerful in comparison with other accommodation available in central Amsterdam and it was an added bonus to stay aboard a boat! Being a boat the rooms were 'compact' but you know what you're going to get and it was fun to hop into bunk beds for a couple of nights, the linen, towels and en suite sink and shower were clean, the included breakfast was plentiful and the landlady was very helpful. Brilliant!

as a 15€/night hostel I found it amazing. The only thing I've to notice is that the spaces are really tiny, it's still a boat!

Vita Nova is a great place when you want to stay cheaply in Amsterdam. It is located close to the city center with a very helpful and freindly staff. Cabins are small but if you want to see the city and not staying in your room the whole day, it´s okay -)

Great very central location, the staff is very nice. The rooms are very small and basic - but its a ship. A bit of a smell of moist basement in our room was a bit bothering. This maybe could be improved by renewing the rooms. I think with regard to the super low price for the place and the very nice included breakfast every morning, its still a good offer.

It was an excellent hostel. It's inside of a boat an altought the rooms are small, the character of the place is incredible. The staff are very friendly and help us with a lot of information. The breakfast is very complete and delicious. The historical center is located 10 minutes from this place, then is very easy to go out at nigth and coming back walking.

Breakfast was fine, but nothing special compared to other hostels. Location was great and staff was nice. Rooms were very, very small but clean. Washroom/shower was not clean and way too cold. Very noisy at night because of the weather and too noisy in the morning because you can here everyone elses conversation through the walls. Wifi was weak. Overall, too much money for what you get and very hard to get a decent nights sleep.

We (guy and girl) had a very peasant stay at the Vita Nova. The staff is nice and helpful, and the place is beautiful and quite well located (15 minutes walk from the epicenter of the Amsterdam\'s nightlife). Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Of course, if you stay in a boat you must know that space and comfort is a luxury that you cannot demand. So, be prepared to stay in a cozy, tiny bedroom, with a small window without any view. Your sacrifices will be rewarded by a great atmosphere.

This place is great. Very nice location easy walk to the centre, great breakfast and very good value for money. Be prepared to 'rough it' slightly as it's a boat and the room are very cosy and the toilet/ shower was not really enough for everyone on board but it was all very good fun. The common room/breakfast room is great with nice views over the water and to the city. Would go again. Thanks

The staff was very friendly and helpfull! Breakfast was great, you could have toast, other types of bread, marmelade, peanut butter, normal butter, hagel slag (tipically Dutch), cheese, some ham, yoghurt, cornflakes etc. There was coffee, milk, orange juice, aso you see lots of to choose from. Location was also good, very near from everything. Showers weren't very good. It was a bit dirty and very less water came out of the browse, but hot water was always avaible. Good place 2 stay + cheap

This was awesome!I stayed for NYE,by far cheapest option on hostelworld.Great atmosphere, yeah i wouldnt probably recommend it to my 70-year old grandparents as rooms have 2x2 metres, showers 1x1 but come on, you're on a boat!Breakfast was very rich, I liked that. The guy who takes care of the botel is cool, fun, opened a few bottles of champagne at NYE midnight, gave everyone some peanuts and salads :) Location is good, easy to find. Great value, I can imagine coming back.

Great hostel and its manager! I enjoyed my stay there very much! I would recommend to make a shower more convenient, for example by putting some rubber footcloth on the floor.
