This hostel is more like a boutique hotel - there is a lovely lounge area and kithchen. The owners have really thought about what travellers value - like clean bathrooms, privacy around beds, sockets by the beds, strong wifi signal everywhere, and an atmosphere that is a haven of the madness of Sao paolo. Highly recommended.

Positive: comfy and 'private' beds with separating walls - good location - close to metro - okay kitchen - good breakfast Negative: the staff used our butter and used it for breakfast... the breakfast lady never refilling the breakfast - the water is always gone in the evenings in the room.
There's is no bad things we can say about this hostel! It was cheap it was clean it was well looked after the staff were great and the location is great!Just 5mins walk from the hostel you have as many bars and restaurants as you could wish for!Only 2metro stop to centre of town And the beds at this place are quality each bed is basically double and is so private. Sometimes São Paulo gets a bad reputation but it's hostels like this that can change your whole perception! This place is a must!!
This is a very modern hostel. The dorms are built that you have as much privacy as possible. In my case it resulted in looking at a wall. For me that was too much privacy, adn like to see my roommates. The living room and kitchen are huge and well equipped. Unfortunately, we had problem with the water and we were not able to use the toilet or the shower for hours until days.
Very clean hostel with a large kitchen and modern design. Quiet location but within a 15 min walk to the bars in a posh section of the city. Also within a 10 min walk to the metro station with lots of stairs and uphill/downhill which could be exhausting. Staff are amazing - very welcoming and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place if youre into a somewhat bigger hostel with modern design... and if you have the lungs to walk up and downhill to and from the metro station.
Beautifully designed and well run hostel! Love the privacy of the bunks. Good air conditioning at night to help sleep. Storage lockers are great, but aren't quite big enough for most types of luggage, so you end up leaving your backpack/suitcase out. Neighborhood is safe and close to Metro station. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is someone at the desk 24 hours. And, thankfully for me, most speak English! The common spaces are open and comfortable to lounge in. Really felt like home!

Was disappointed with this hostel after reading so many good reviews. The beds are comfy
I have stayed around 10-15 hostels in São Paulo and have seen most of the hostels and this is definitely one of the best, if not the best one. Since 2007, when there were only 4-5 hostels in the city, São Paulo has seen a growing number hostels in recent years, 50-60 right now, however a lot of the hostels are of bad quality. Everyone wants to convert their regular house to a hostel these days, and cash in on the World Cup, Olympics... Stay in a REAL hostel like the one.
Amazing hostel! The beds are FANTASTIC and there are outlets in the lockers. The shower is really nice and hot. The kitchen is awesome and the beers are cheap. The walk to the metro will give you a little workout with the stairs but once you are there it is easy access to everything. Amazing grocery store a few minutes away and lots of cute bars and restaurants. The Wifi works everywhere and has a strong signal. Overall, one of the best hostels I have stayed at around the world.
Warm showers and air conditioning- a combination you won't find in most hostels. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The hostel is located in great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and night life. You are also only a short stroll to the metro, which is essential when visiting Sao Paulo.
Really liked this hostel! The staff were super helpful and the beds were great. It's well designed so the rooms didn't get too cold and all the people there were really nice.
Good host would stay here agian.. nice dorms!
A really great hostel! Clean, comfortable, modern...great common space to meet other travelers. Amazing staff: one of the employees, German, took the day to show me around the city personally. Really amazing to have my own individual tour guide...never seen anything like that offered at any other hostel. Had a great time at this hostel!
Really beautiful hostel, nice staff and love the pods. Plugs in the pods and lockers which is a huge plus. If the cleaners stepped it up a notch this place would be 100%! Just little things like having to ask for toilet paper, hair on the floor, that sort of thing. Easy things to improve and you have a perfect hostel.
Really great hostel in Sao Paolo with good breakfast!
In a really good location. One of the best hostels I have stayed in. Breakfast could have carried on for longer, but all staff were really helpful in helping us see different places in sao Paulo and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend to others.

Only stayed here for one night, but it was good. Kind staff. Very modern hostel. The way the bedroom is set up gives you more privacy and comfort than in most hostel. I def recommend this place if you want to stay in Vila Madelena.
Nice place. Seems to have a few people staying there for longer periods of time not really backpackers. A lot of hills to get to the hostel or anywhere near the hostel. But clean and friendly.
I've been to many hostels yet I've never left a review on hostelworld but this hostel definitely deserves the credit. Great modern design and space. I was in the 8 mixed dorm and you get your own private bed. Breakfast was great, 7 min walk to the metro station and the faculty was super helpful! They take their time with you, look up places on the internet of your interest and prints directions when needed :)
The hostel is brand new and a model of how a hostel should be. Everything has been designed to provide maximum comfort. The beds were projected in brick in a way to give the guest also some privacy. It's very clean. The staff is super nice! And the steps you need to climb to get there from the subway really worth it!
