When I booked in, my room had already been taken so I was put into a more expensive room at no extra charge.On my second day different staff wanted me to pay extra I refused as it was not my fault my room was gone.They were very rude and I was upset about this.I did get him to apologise but they were not happy with their colleague for giving me this "luxury" room" I have been in better standard rooms in other hotels so this room is not worth the extra.

The stuff is not appriopriate for their place of work. Only thing they can do is to give you th key with very very sad face. Sorry, but Vivek is very poor hostel with low quality

Trying to sleep at 3AM with building renovations on the floor above can be very difficult... Once you finally do get to sleep, various men will bang on your door every 30 minutes to try and sell you tours/laundry services/food... this gets tedious after a while. Room was ok, bath towel clearly hadnt been washed for weeks, so a lovely damp smell permeated the room. Roof top restaurant is good (the tali is big enough for 2 people) food was priced reasonably. No hot water either.

It's basic facilities, but closed New delhi railway station in Main Blazer Rd., also safety, the bed sheet is not clean. They can arrange pick up from Airport on night, It's better for us to travel to India on first time.

9 cockroaches in my room. Incredibly rude staff.

Without hot water. Very, very bad staff.
