Vondelpark

Enjoy your stay in this fully-equipped two-level and 3 bedroom apartment. located in a nice peaceful neighborhood, just 5 minutes away from the biggest and most famous park of Amsterdam; The Vondelpark. A public urban park opened in 1865 measuring 120 acres located west from the Leidseplein and the Museumplein.

This apartment is just outside the main city center and has easy access due to the tram that is just down the street. Close to plenty of nice places to eat as well as to drink and a simple walk into the busy parts of town.

On the first floor you have an open style kitchen with a dining table and living room. There is seating for all around the table and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern gadgets.

The living room is equipped with 3 sofas in which one turns into a double bed for two guests to sleep on. Besides that there is a cool view and a television for entertainment purposes.

Heading up the steps leads you to the two bedrooms (please take precautions) and bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bathtub.

A total of 1 double bed and 3 single beds make up the bedrooms. Bed linen and towels will be provided.

We accept payment by cash and credit card.

Please note extra fees to be paid on arrival:

Cleaning 40 euros
Damage Deposit 250 euros
Late Check In 25 euros

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
