Lovely family run hostel. Perfectly located at the beach. Pelekas village is up high above sea level so it's much better to stay nearer the sea if you're travelling by foot, or it's a difficult walk back from the beach otherwise.

To start with the positives, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, but a little pushy about buying food from the hostel. On the positive side, the food was delicious, we just wanted to experience other places. Another positive is that the hostel is right on the beach. And has a terrace overlooking the water. Negatives: dirty--the bed felt scratchy and icky, mosquitos were everywhere and we all got covered in bug bites, and the toilets only flushed sometimes.

Cleanliness is absurd! Got eatten alive by Mosquitos, there was a bug inside my bed. Horrible! Some staff persons are nice, others are rude. Only thing is the amazing beach but I wouldn't stay there again.

It was a very wonderful experience. By the end of our stay we felt like we were part of the Sunrock/Vranchos family. We met tons of great people since everyone eats together for dinner. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was the only downfall but the rest of the experience was not tampered by it. It was our favorite hostel.

Loved the place! Te people are the best! And the food there is wonderful! We had a great music night there with other back packers whilst drinking home made wine. They also have the most spectacular feta cheese which is also made from there farm. Thank you Magdalena! We had a wonderful time.

You can pay and extra 10 euro a night and get really good Greek dinners with a small standard breakfast too. Really close to the beach. To reach the bus stop to get into town you have to climb a really steep hill and at night there weren't any lights so we had to use our phones to light the way. Staff are very friendly especially the owner. Bring your own snacks and drinks from town the alcohol was a bit expensive.

Charming location right on the beach of Pelekas. If you arrive after the city busses have stopped running, be prepared to pay around €30 for a taxi.
