We arrived and the only staff in the hostel was a cleaning lady who was rather rude and did not really want to try and communicate with us (we only speak a little bit of spanish). When the rest of the hostel staff arrived they were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 4 bed dorm that only had a lock on the door from the inside. The door when shut did not even close properly. There was no locker to put our stuff in so security was lacking. The shower had lots of water pressure.

Very well located....close to everything in Puerto Natales. Ciro is such a nice guy, always willing to support you. Very good beds and shower, but bathroom could be a bit cleaner. Fair breakfest.

Not much kitchen or public space, and a bit noisy, but the folks were accommodating and it was easy to get to places from there. I had a lovely private room for a good price. I would go there again.

Cristobal is excellent. He speaks perfect English. The other helpers in the hostels are very friendly too. They provide all the camping equipment, free advice for Torres del Paine, and bus schedules. Even though, twice, we were leaving late in the afternoon, they let us hang out in the hostel, and even let us cook lunch. The common area is a bit small, if the hostel is full. It\'s in the center of town. Very convenient (2 blocks to a supermarket)

Excellent hostel to prepare for the trekking in Torres del Paine. REntal of Eqipment as well as valuable expert advice from staff. It's possible to leave stuff in the hostel while you are trekking in the park.

Staff here were fantastic. Very clean, new beds and crisp linen made this 3 star hotel class. Limited bathrooms made it a bit of a dog fight in the morning and it was somewhat lacking in atmosphere but as a resting point before and after torre del paine it was perfect. Great breakfast too.

The people who work here and the owner are great. Much more than just the W-Circuit; they go out of their way to help out and give advice on all kinds of activities for different ages and budgets. I enjoyed my time here and would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Very friendly, enthusiastic, helpful, and knowledgable staff! Cozy place. Nice bathroom. Our door didn't lock properly but didn't seem to matter. Good hearty breakfasts. Definitely set up to help you prep for Torres del Paine. Not many other guests so didn't have much interaction with anyone aside from chatty staff. Quiet and cozy place. We were happy to know that was where we were returning after a tiring week of trekking!

This is a great little hostel. It has a really homely and comfortable feel with comfy rooms and clean bathrooms (great showers) and a great breakfast which is included in the price (bread, jam, cereal, yogurt, fruit, tea, juice, coffee ) , the bonus is Cristobel who seems to be the person in charge. He is super helpful with anything you want assistance with, particulary in getting organized for trekking. (renting gear, maps, best wag to go about things etc)
