Very noisy hostel with old floorboards. Not much of an atmosphere. Staff know little English. Somewhat clean kitchen and bathroom. Great location. We only stayed 1 night and moved to another hostel. I wouldn't recommend staying here

Nice hostel close to all you need in Puerto Natales. If you are planning to go to Torres Del Paine this hostel can give you all the info and are fair with their prices. They have a really friendly and helpful guide here who speaks English so can help with the language barrier if you don't speak Spanish.

This hostel provides essentials like a warm, clean & comfy bed/room. It has wifi; it doesn't offer breakfast. The hostel has a family feel to it as the owners live, eat there. The hostel isn't up to date but is thoroughly functional & the shower produced immediate hot water!! Woo hoo! After a few days here, it weirdly felt like home. Pluses: they can get you set up with guides for whatever trek you desire!? Cons: they won't print bus tickets even though a printer stares back at you from the desk

Great place to kick off your Patagonia adventure. Hot showers, good sized kitchen, coffee/tea available all day and very helpful staff. Beds were comfy and wifi was really good considering the area!

Pleasant and very helpful staff. Many trekkers from other hostels come to the W circuit hostel to rent the equipment for camping in Torre del Paine. Really good position. I'm not a big fan of carpet, but there it was surprisingly clean. Breakfast is not included but a good pot of hot coffee is always on.

Overall a good place to stay before/after hiking in Torres Del Paine. Since the building is old it creaks a lot so be sure to bring ear plugs to avoid being woken up by people arriving in town late or leaving early. The upstairs bathroom has a much better shower than the downstairs! There are good restaurants within walking distance (although everything is within walking distance in a small town) and there are 3 grocery stores right nearby. Kitchen is good for cooking and is well stocked.
