This hostel has a really cool vibe. We only stayed one night, but really enjoyed it. Friendly staff, a 15 minute walk from the bus station, and a good breakfast in the morning. I would recommend this hostel to anyone staying in Puerto Natales!
No atmosphere to the hostel, kept puppies inside at times - not very sanitary - , only one room key per room and no lockers. A lot of downsides. I cancelled a couple nights because of this.
W circuit was a great hostel. Breakfast is nice
Very good hostel. Nice staff and very helpful We booked only one night and for the second everywhere was fully booked and they found another hostel for us. Great!!!
Great hostel! We loved our stay here! The staff are really helpful and super nice! Al was a great help! Thanks guys!!
Nice hostel, two toilets for a whole hostel. Very dirty ones also. Staff is really nice and the kitchen is nice.
Friendly staff and great beds! Supermarket and ATM around the corner. About 10 min walk to the bus terminal.
We stayed one night in a 4 bed dorm prior to the W. 3 shared bathrooms were clean enough, but busy. Kitchen facilities ok, but felt a little dirty. Staff was friendly but completely clueless. We made a reservation for the night of our return from Torres. On arrival, we found out our booking had been cancelled without any explanation, even though we had left our main bags there and hired walking poles. The same happened to another pair arriving just after us. Do not stay here.
Our stay in this hostel was good, but with small problems. The room was good and the beds really confortable (which is great after doing the W-circuit) and the hostel offers camping gear and information about Torres del Paine. However, we found a little annoying that from time to time there was no one in the reception and we also had a problem since the tent that they promissed us didnt come so we had to rent in another place.
Staff ranging from very kind and helpful to just nice. Kitchen a bit under-equipped. Self-service breakfast available from the very early morning: easy when going trekking or to catch a bus. I rented camping gear there: the tent was good, mattress and stove OK, but the sleeping bag way too light: I had to put all my clothes on not to freeze. Good central location, although that makes it a bit far from the bus terminal.
Basically stay somewhere else because I know there are way nicer places in town for the same price or less. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, sturdy wide beds, nice location. Place is creaky and dark. Bathrooms are few. Overall I know there are better places to stay due to experience. Staff is nice but not W experts like they make it seem.
The satff are so nice and helpfull! it is very clean but no lockers for private things. The breakfast is good and showers are nice but some of the doorm rooms have bads who are not so comfeterable...

Wonderful staff- went above and beyond to help me out with rental issues and finding a different hostel when they were full after I returned early from torres del paine. Clean, comfortable, and a good breakfast. A bit pricey, but it's chile/ puerto natales- everything is.
Average hostel, we were given a room in the converted attic so it was quite cramped. Breakfast was limited. Only stayed one night. Location was quite central.
