WE Bangkok is located in Silom near the Skytrain and is 'definitely a great place to stay if it's your first time travelling', according to Hostelworld guests. This hostel has a lot of nice features, including a rooftop bar, air conditioning, spacious common areas and friendly, helpful staff. One traveller told us it's 'clean, fresh and relaxing, [with] loads of places to chill out and relax. It's a home away from home'. Khao San road is only 20 min away by taxi (it cost around 70 THB per car)

I think we've got a great vibe here, with the atmosphere of downtown Bangkok. I think our most unique and special feature is the friendship between our staff and the guests. Our helpful staff are happy to help out with anything.

The night market, MBK shopping and a Hindu temple are nearby. I like to send people to visit St Louise soi 3; it's heaven for local street food. Silom day market is also great.

For me everything about it was ideal. The location wasn't in the centre of Bangkok but there is a train station 2 minutes away and you can ge a tuk-tuk into town for 100 baht which takes about 15 minutes. The staff were really friendly and there was a great atmosphere. Definitely a great place to stay if its your first time travelling.
