the credit card terminal of the hotel doesn't accept cards from chosen countries. the staff were not that friendly either to help out.

The hostel is really nice. I like that they put my name in the wall and very helpful during my stay there. I haven't got the chance to visit their rooftop hostel, a sign that I have to stay there again!

WE Bangkok is a great hostel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are great and you can meet people easily just by the way it's set up. The rooms can be hot at first, while you wait for the air-con to kick in, but that just means you hang out downstairs (or on the roof). Some seriously great streetfood nearby, too. Cannot recommend enough.

Good hostel to stay at for a few nights. Nice staff and attracted a good crowd of people. However, no complimentary towel and no airport transportation service. Also, late check-in times were a pain to deal with. I arrived early and couldn't get access to my room much later in the day.

Great hostel. Beds comfy, great location for those getting a Myanmar visa; just a 2 min walk away from the embassy, plus there's a 7-11 right next door.

It was a bit far from the city center (the temples, chinatown and kaosan road), but it is more quiet.

To be honest, this hostel is located in a prime location & is priced similarly to other hostels in the area. I highly recommend it because a lot of great people live here & even the staff and owner are very approachable and supportive. I was planning on only staying here one day & then moving to another hostel, but in the end I found this to be the best price for what you get & I am still here. Friends of mine are coming to Bangkok & I had them book at the WE Hostel; stay here. You will love it!

Love WE Bangkok!! One of the best hostels i have stayed at in Asia and if not the world! Located in a great part of Bangkok (Sathorn). A two min walk to the skytrain, amazing street food and the pat pong night market! So many good things to say in a short space!! A big shout out to Shaun and Flash for making my stay an awesome one. Will be back soon! Cheers WE!!

Nice location but rather dull atmosphere at this hostel. Some of the staff were really nice and keen with the long term residents but did not even seem interested in talking to the short term residents. The one girl on the desk was really rude and had zero patience. Jing is the nicest one there! It's nice being away from all the chaos of Khaosan Road but there's not a whole lot to do there either.

Overall it's ok. For me, I just want to stay for one night so I dont request much. I hope the roommate can be a little considerable at night. Every time they open the door using the room card, it sounds annoying.

Pros: Ice cold rooms, 7-11 right across the street, very close to Myanmar embassy, close to skytrain, hangout area Cons: Quite pricey, poor shower facilities (dirty, not many showers), pricey food/drinks
