I stayed at WE Hostel at the beginning of May 2013 at the very end of a multi-stop trip so just wanted a place to hang out in. For this the hostel is excellent, with hammocks outside and a beautiful style throughout with a real attention to detail. The owner has obviously put a lot of thought into it and even showed me the new Damien Hirst artwork that he bought! The staff are lovely, great location by the park and 10 mins walk from Ana Rosa station. I'd definitely stay again!

Favorite hostel. Staff is amazing, atmosphere amazing, cleanly and beautiful large hostel. Only concern is wifi only worked in one room but they say it works everywhere.

This hostel is awesome . For sure the best breakfast I've ever had in a hostel, it comes with bread, ham, cheese, lots of fruit (once I counted 9 different types of fruit), juice, coffee, milk, tea, homemade cake, scrambled eggs. Beds have an individual light and power outlet. The only disadvantage is that it's not very close to the subway (about 10 minutes walk), but at least it's in a safe neighbourhood. Reception staff can be a bit distracted at times, so things can go a bit slow.

Very clean and spacious, well located and well designed hostel. Efficient staff. However, I missed the warm, informal and interactive-friendly atmosphere from the hostel and from the staff.

Great place! Staff is great, from the cleaning staff, to Ilan, the manager. They are very helpful, kind and always want to talk. Location is also great and the hostel is very beautiful, new and clean. The best hostel in São paulo, definitely!

Really nice place, great value for money. The only downside is location, a good walk from Ana Rosa Metro Station, you stay there again.

WE Hostel Design is by far the best hostel I´ve ever been in SP!!! I was just visiting some friends so I had to work too, and the place has a big living room the "glass room" ... amazing I could work calm and concentrated. The owner is a cool guy who makes u feel so comfty. I will return to SP soon and WE Hostel is my first option.

The best Hostel in the world I have seen so far (China, NYC, Italy, Germany, ...)!!! The house is fantastic old building, clean, safe and the best style you can have. Our private room had a private balcony with a great view - something even Hotels dont have! The breakfast was also very nice... of course this hostel is a more expensive than others and not perfectly located if you want to go out every night (in Vila Madalena or elsewhere) but thats nothing to complain about, seriously!!

Without any doubt this is the best hostel I've ever been in. Great place, great people, great food and great location too. If you like interior designing definitely this is the place for you, you can almost feel you are at the MoMA in NY. It's worth every Real! Thank you Gui, Hiram and Felipe, TOTALLY RECOMMENDED

Really nice, modern hostel. Good location, the neighbourhood of Vila Mariana feels very safe and residential and the closest metro station is about 10 minutes away. Clean room and bathrooms, big lockers, helpful staff and good breakfast . The chill areas are the best!
