Staying at Wada made traveling through Guilin so much more comfortable. It's walking distance to the train and bus station, and the hostel is so warm and comforting. It was great coming in after a long train ride, and after long days of exploring. Food is great and the staff is extremely friendly. The night guard was also very nice :) Thanks Wada!!

Good location and friendly staff. I loved that it was a short walk to the train and bus stations. It was also great to have the Wada map handout with quick bus route resources, which was very useful.

Really nice place to hang around. Despite the nature beauty of Guilin, Wada makes you want to spend some time there just doing nothing. Cozy lobby and friendly staff + European food = Wada. Thank you.

The atmosphere is really european, probably a bit too much western. Maybe you will miss some chinese influences. But the staff is really nice and speaks english very well. If you will be there on a friday, join the BBQ! Spicy but delicous! At least def. recommandable!

The staff was so sweet and helpful, they memorized everyone by face and were very caring of guests. They were extremely helpful when one of our group lost his wallet in town, called the police for us and helped with the whole process. Huge huge help, very grateful to them. Rooms cute and comfortable.

The staff are incredibly friendly and more than happy to organise tours, train / bus/ plane tickets on your behalf. The hostel was clean, safe and a great place to meet other travellers. As a solo female traveller staying in the dorm rooms I would definitely stag here again.

we have spent two nights at Wada hostel. The location is perfect just 10 minutes walk from railway station. The hostel has its own character with terrace outside surrounded by bamboo trees. the staff was friendly and helpful. we had a great time there. one minus related to lack of wi-fi in rooms.
