Very nice hostel with great friendly and helpful staff. As well as organising trips and activity nights in the hostel, additions like an electric blanket during winter make it a nice place to stay. The only partial gripe is that while it's only 10 minutes from the railway station it's 10 minutes the other direction from everything else so you have to get a bus to see things (but the bus is regular and very cheap).

By far one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at in the entire world. Perfect environment, chill people, and a really cool place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Stay here as many nights as you can!

The food was great and the staff helpful. Service was mostly fast but only drawback was no wi-fi in rooms. Overall good experience.

The rooms were comfortable and the employees were great - sweet and very helpful. The location was a little out of the center of town, but the bus was close and easy to take.

Amazing hostel, great vibe, friendly staff and a great to meet people. The bar/common room is well-equipped to keep you amused if the weather is bad outside! I did not spend much time in Guilin as it was raining a lot of the time, but I had a great time hanging out at the hostel. The only bad thing was that the heating did not work in my room (I think other rooms were fine), but the beds had electric heating blankets so I was perfectly warm at night.

I had a very good stay at Wada hostel. The rooms are very clean, the stuff is friendly and helpful, if you have any questions. In the evening it's a very cosy atmosphere! The hostel is not right in the city, but it's in walking distance to the main bus/train station and you're in the city center in only ten minutes, so don't worry about the hostels location! Overall a great hostel, I would definitly stay there again!

Friendly and helpful staff! Stayed on the first floor so it was a bit noisy, but I used earplugs and slept well anyways. I didn't like that the lockers were in the lobby, I prefer having lockers in the room. Good location with bus stops just outside the hostel! The rooms were clean, but you can't throw paper in the toilet.

The hostel was under renovation when I was there but I got a good impression overall. The staff was super nice and there was always someone to talk to. Only bad thing about this hostel was the showers, the drainage was blocked which resulted in water leaking in to the sleeping room.

The staff were phenomenal and provided me with all of the information I needed to visit all of the sites in Guilin. I had a great stay and would highly recommend them to anyone!

lower the food prices slightly and more people will eat at the hostel rather than over the road. Half price breakfast due to building works however wouldnt pay full price for what we got. Apart from that hostel was brilliant!

I only stayed one night on my way to Yangshuo, but it was a good experience. The staff let me know that there was a bus station right across the street with buses to Yangshuo, which saved me a lot of walking.

im glad the helpful staff came to collect us personally from the train station, i'd not had any sleep from the train from chengdu and was exhausted so catching a bus was tricky. the hostel is nice and clean and beds pretty good. drinks are quite expensive as far as hostel's go and the food wasn't bad. Overall its a nice clean decent place with good staff.
