We are centrally located in Waikiki, very close to restaurants, shops, nightclubs, and less than 1/2 block to the Waikiki beach. All of our rooms are ensuite with toilet, shower, & kitchen.

We offer FREE airport pick-up*, FREE continental breakfast, and FREE Wifi/Internet. Come and join us for FREE pizza/beer nights, & FREE beer nights
*if you book for 4 consecutive nights. Reservations must be made in advance. Pick up time is 8:30 am to 9 pm. We accept 2 luggage per person, but do not pick up any surfboards/large items. Please make an alternative arrangement.

Rate does not include tax. The balance is subject to State of Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax (9.25%) and General Exercise Tax (4.712%) Please note that room type requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and operational needs

CHECK IN REQUIREMENT
>Check in time is from 7:30 am to midnight Hawaii Time. Please note that our office is closed from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm. Rooms may not be readily available until 3:15 pm.
>All the guests must be 45 years old and below upon the date of check in
>When checking in, please prepare the followings:
1. VALID PASSPORT or VALID STATE ISSUED ID (must be 45 years old and below upon check in)
2. PROOF OF RECENT ARRIVAL TO THE ISLAND OF OAHU
We will NOT honor reservations of guests without the valid ID AND the ticket. NO REFUNDS will be made. We appreciate your understanding

CANCELLATION POLICY
We accept cancellations/changes only via e-mail. Please note that any cancellations/changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time indicated upon booking. In case the arrival time was not indicated upon booking, any cancellations/changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
The deposit will not be refunded or transferred for any cancellations/changes. We charge the total of the first night for all cancellations made less than 24 hours and no shows.
In case you cancel any individual night(s) of your reservation within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival time or upon/after check in, the deposit and the payment for the night(s) will not be refunded or transferred.
In case of no show, we will charge in full for the first night and cancel the reservations for the second night and thereafter.

We are conveniently located right in the heart of Waikiki, 1/2 blocks away from Waikiki Beach, very close to many shops, restaurants, surf spots, parks etc, and just a short drive to the most beautiful beaches, waterfalls, hiking trails, and attractions! Come visit, enjoy all that Waikiki & Island of Oahu has to offer, and tell your friends too!
