One of the major problems I had was that the doors were incredibly noisy if left to close on their own.

Kind of regret only stay for 1 night. As they have many free activities that customer can enjoy during the stay.

I have no idea why there is no personal power point in each bed. I need to wait at the corridor until all my electronic device fully recharged.

I had a clean room with TV to myself and an extra doona. Staff were friendly and helpful I enjoyed my stay and was close to Central Station and the city . Fellow hostellors were friendly and reasonably quiet. I booked in at short notice, the accommodation was low cost and met all mty needs. I would stay there again. Cheers, Maya

Big hostel, very central. Helpful staff. The rooms are clean, new?, beds are comfy. They try to gather people to do stuff now and then, which is good. Bar downstairs is okay. Internet is extremely expensive: 6.90/day. Would probably stay there again, even though it's a bit pricy.

A huge hostel located centrally in Sydney. In an old department store with a lot of character, but with modern refurbishments inside. This place is efficient, reliable and well located. There is a bar and cafe inside, but Scubar is better and it's just around the corner. They need more towels (they always run out), and at $40 a night it's not cheap but its standard for sydney central. A safe bet, but there are other places with more character that are easier to make friends.

The hostel is very big and located in a exelent position, but the staff is pretty rude. The accept me as a backpacker only booking with hostelworld, otherwise you can only have a private room.

Great staff, very nice & helpful. Very well located. Huge hostel; full of Young people. Bathrooms per floor are not that big, pretty similar as the ones you have in a club.

We stayed in a twin room for 2 nights. You get keycards that only allows you to your own floor, the lobby and the restaurant ect. The rooms were clean and simple, not anything fancy. There were toiletts and showers on every floor which you share with the others in your floor. They were mostly clean. The location was also good, right by the central station and in pitt street that offers you shopping a little longer up the road.

the hostel is enormous, but they try to offer everything! The Side Bar is nice, lots of fun and a great place to meet new people. Free guided city walks to enjoy the city and meet new people. Internet is a bit expensive, especially since it's free at the travel agent down the street.

Although I'm closer to retirement than most at the Hostel - I was well received and enjoyed my stay. I did not worry about safety or anything. It was the perfect location - walking distance to everything I needed. Thanks
