We stayed at Wake Up! only one night just on our way. Location very central, really easy to find and so convenient. We stayed in a double bedroom, quite big, not so noisy for a Monday night (big party at the bar downstairs), bathroom and showers were ok. We had towels and soap which was very nice. The staff was very friendly! Liked the free coffee at the café and the free 24h Wifi.
Had a great nights sleep every night, great location. Excellent time

Great location. Good activities. Walking tour. I am staying again here in a few days. Thanks
Free Wi-Fi should be a thing there. Every traveller needs to connect to it.
Great hostel with access to everywhere in the city either by walking or train. The cleanest hostel i've ever stayed in and great staff. Very pleased with my stay here and would recommend to everyone.
Odd hostel layout to meet people
Great hostel within the city centre - right next to central station. Plenty of attractions within walking distance and the hostel even provides free walking tours. The hostel has a nice sense of heritage to it, with good facilities and tentative staff. Dorms on the first floor and a few floors above side bar can get a little noise disturbance on some nights, however the hostel offers free earplugs which is helpful. The hostel is very welcoming for adults of any age, which was nice to see.
I stayed at Wake Up for a week and although it's not necessarily the cheapest hostel I definitely made the right choice in staying here and managed to leave this place having made great friends. Location is great, the staff (GM, reception, activities, security, domestic) are all really friendly, rooms are big & clean, beds comfy and the overall atmospheres is great. There are loads of activities and side bar is cheap. Wifi is free the 1st 24hrs if you book via Hostelworld.

Great hostel. Nice cafe on the side and bar downstairs can't really comment on the bar as I didn't go but a nice touch. Clean, spacious, activities going on regularly. I extended my stay. Gets booked up quickly on weekends! Recommend!
James on the front desk is brilliant, always remembers my name which is great and makes you feel really valued!

The hostel is expensive compare to the service they provide. They don´t give towels and the wifi (that you have to pay) is really bad. The speaker in the room is really annoying and invasive, either you are sleeping or chilling in your room they do this announcements twice a day about the social activitites and they also knock at your door. Complete unnecessary!
Great hostel!! One of the best I've stayed in, staff are friendly very helpful, rooms cleaned everyday, beds were a bit rocky but nothing major all in all couldn't have done much better,.
Stayed here for a week upon arriving in Sydney. Great location, with amazing services and facilities to help you settle into city life. Whether you are looking to travel or work, the staff are available to accommodate your needs. The communal areas are very clean and are routinely maintained throughout the day. There is a large kitchen and dining area which enables you to cook and store food; hobs, microwaves and toasters provided. Reception are open 24hrs and there is an onsite cafe and bar.
This hostel is really nice, comfy beds, clean, friendly staff and there's a cafe downstairs too! Sooo much nicer than some of the other hostels in Sydney! The only downer is that it is a bit of a trek from the main attractions but then again none of the hostels are right next to everything and also wake is super close to the central station which is great!
Wake up! it huge and very great to party and meet a lot of people. It is close to central station and you can go anywhere with the train. Unfortunately it is not a hostel, it is really commercial, you have to pay for the wifi, they don't give you advice to find a job but recommend you to go to an agency you have to pay for. You really have the minimum for the facilities. It doesn't have the "hostel spirit"
We had a great stay. When checking in we were able to upgrade our room and the star were super helpful. It was a bit noisy at night, but it is a young party hostel so it was expected. All in all it was a great stay.
Best hostel we've stayed in. Super clean, great showers, nice kitchen, lots of nightly events and discounts. Staff were always friendly. I like the way manger personally comes to check the cleanliness of rooms.
Good location. Nice cafe attached. The twin room was a bit more budget than expected. More geared for young travelers wanting to get drunk. Had a good stay, but wouldn't rate highly.
I really enjoyed my stay in this hostel! The hostel is veeeery clean, espacially when you compare it to other hostels around here. I was there for more than a month. I love the atmosphere, the nice people(backpackers from around the world) and the sidebar(which is just in the same building). Will defenetly come back :)
Amazing location!! Shout out to Kiera and Connor for being super helpful and friendly!
