The bus station is located in Terminal de San Carlos in Barrio Mexico, San Jose.
Scheduled departures from San Jose: 6am, 10am,
12pm*, 2pm and 4pm, Prices are between $10 and $12 depending on the drop off colones
*This bus is your best choice cause it drops you off just in front of Walaba... (tell the bus driver to stop at Punta Uva, 50 mts after Selvins Rest), the other buses arrive till Puerto Viejo so you'll need a cab for an extra $10...or wait for a public bus coming to Punta Uva.
