Friendly staff, location was a bit far but a 20 min walk to copacabana beach, not including the 100+ steps to get up to the place. Kitchen is another 20 steps up in a separate house which was a slight inconvenience. Bathrooms and toilets were not very clean. Wet towels on the floor, no doors for the toilets in the communal bathroom.
A nice hostel. Nice receptionist and staff. A few things were still under construction during my stay but still one of the best addresses in Rio. And the neibourhood is very safe and friendly
this is such a nice hostel! its only ten minutes walk to the beach and has a beautiful view of the city. the staff are so lovely and helpful, especially ray. its definitely the cheapest hostel in copacabana and the best value for money. would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone
Great hostel, but a bit too far away from the beach (in comparison to other hostels in Copacabana). The room was good, and each had a pretty big locker to secure his stuff.

Okay, the worst thing is , this hostel is very high up, you must climb there very sharply. Ok this location issue is nothing that they can do. But what they could do is, to clean the the common areas more often. I mean the kitchen (which is very very higher than the main enterance thats another thing) and the bathrooms inside the dorms. Beside that the staff were cool, and there was a playstation in the common area, it was fun.Wi fi access is a bit problem they should get it checked
