Me and my two friends stayed here in the beginning of Dec. It was reletivy easy to find, but was a 10 min Taxi ride into the city centre. The hotel was fine, the lady was sweet, the door lock had broke on our room so she said she would let us in when we got back early hours. That was a bit weird but no problem. The shared bathroom really needs sorting, it's pretty grim, but we weren't bothered too much as it was just a bed for the night. Our room was fine, big and clean, cheap and good for us.

Seriously I would never wish anyone to stay in this place - even for the price. Our experience there was horrible and it was only for one night! The owner clearly focuses on the bar downstairs rather than the hostel. There was s*** on our toilet seat!!!! Walls and carpet were stained too. Couldn't tell if the sheets were clean... DONT DO IT.

My stay got cancelled due to an "Administrative error". Not impressed as had to miss a very important meeting. Yes i go my deposit back but thats not the point. I booked well in advance and suspect a block booking is why i was binned off. Pissed off would be an understatement!!!

We booked a room for 4 persons. Clean sheets, lots of space and ok bathroom. We could hear the music from the club below, but we knew that, so can't complain about that! Good location, we walked to the heart of the city.

Doesn't claim to be anything it isn't, rooms are of a good size and comfortable, staff in the hostel and adjoining bar we very friendly and accomadating.

This really is a budget hostel. There was water coming through the ceilings in the corridor and sodden carpets. Our room had no radiator so was freezing and the bed was pretty uncomfortable. It was the cheapest hostel we could find (which is why we stayed there) but really it should have been far less than £40 for a double.

Really crappy beds and above a noisy nightclub
