The admin was frequently away so at times there was no-one to turn to with questions or when we wanted to pay for the stay. Also, the doors of the hostel were constantly open and with the staff away the security of the hostel was not exactly good. Rooms were cold and the heating was not working, also the private room which we had had only beds, no table or closet so basically no place to put our stuff and clothes. Besides that, the place is very new and the house and the common rooms look nice.

when you walk uphill to find the hostel coming from the bridge every now and look up or you will not find ever. ll'insegna hostel is on the balcony on the first floor. very nice beautiful landscape.
