Willy was incredibly helpful! He gave us advice on places to visit, directions, etc. Not all of the staff member spoke great English, but we were able to understand them fine and they were all very helpful.

Great atmosphere, very helpful staff, and a wonderful place to meet new friends while traveling solo. If you are looking for a simple and clean place to stay, this is it! The MRT station is like 5 minutes away. Location, location, location!!!

Great location, very helpful staff. cozy atmosphere. The staff sometimes will take their free time to show us near by local food stand. Or a half day tour by Taipei MRT line. Great value for Money to stay here.

The staff were friendly, the hostel is nice and cosy and the location is very convenient. It is about 10 minutes down the road from Taipei 101 and a couple of clubs. Although it isn't necessary, it definitely pays to go with a Mandarin speaker, as generally people warm to you much easier if you do.

Over all it was one of the best hostels I have stayed at. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location was great. The only bad thing is that it is a little difficult to find. Once you know where it is however, it isn't a problem. I guess this could add to the security though. :D

Willy the owner is an awesome resource; he gave us a free map, circled hot spots and public transportation routes and knew a lot about all parts of Taipei. Hostel is conveniently located near breakfast spots, 7-11's, Starbucks, subway, parks and Taipei 101. "Breakfast" is a piece of toast and bread but would 100% recommend staying here!

The staff at this hostel are outstanding and fun. The location can't be beat. The place is very welcoming and comfortable and had free coffee and toast in the morning when we were there, which we appreciated because we were on a tight budget. It's a bit too small though and feels rather cramped. And they need another bathroom or two; we spent a little time waiting for folks to shower. But the people running the hostel probably know that and make up for it by being extra helpful and really fun.

Really enjoyed my stay there, the staff were really helpful and the people who lived there were really fun too. It created a fun loving atmosphere and the blankets were thick and warm for the cold weather!
