Good location (between Pisa centrale and the tower). Overall a good value for money.

Close enough to the leaning tower, in a good shopping/eating area. Staff knew what we wanted and told us how to get to all the places we needed.

If like cleaness you must have to close your eyes for the kitchen machines. Everything is not clean. It seems that nobody cleanes the things for a long long time. There is not free luggage room.

The room is clean but the common room is not so clean. The bathroom is nice with bath tub, but I don't think it is necessary.

I stayed with my girlfriend in a private room for a weekend. The location is good, near the train station and in the center, also near a shop. There is no wifi in the private rooms.

The hostel has a excellent location for visiting Pisa, half way from the train station and the tower, over the commercial part walking street of Pisa. The staff was very kind and I received and excellent behavior. They clean all the hostel every day, and they have TV, wifi internet, computer, kitchen and a pool game all for free.

Our beds were near the pets that the people in the hostel kept. It stank so bad. And the hostel was so not happening...

The hostel itself is in a fabulous location, five minutes to the train station and just another 5 minutes to the get to many nice spots in the city center, both sides of the Arno. The staff was very friendly, both nights I staid there and this hostel was definitely worth the money!

The place is very lousy refurbished. Lets' hope that it would improve. Very good location between Central Station and Piazza dei Miracoli.

The staff was helpful and friendly and we only stayed a night in Pisa so it was great for what we needed. The private rooms are in a separate building, which hasn't been fitted for internet yet, so that may have been a drawback if we had stayed longer, but wasn't at all a problem for a night.

Thanks for the hospitality Alex, and thanks for the recommendation on the pizza place - was really good! Oh and say thanks to your friends at the cafe, really nice folks. Great place to stay, right in the middle of Pisa. A great base to see Florence and Lucca. Riley & Lindsay

Definitely wasn't the most sociable hostel I have ever stayed at. Good location, clean and tidy though.

We were only here for a night, and our flight got in fairly late. But from what little we saw of the hostel, it looks like a good place to meet fellow-travelers. Bathrooms were clean, and the front desk was helpful. The stairs to get to the actual hostel (on the second floor, third if you're American) are dark and creepy, but there is a light switch! We were eaten alive by mosquitos the night we stayed, so I'd suggest form netting, but beds were decent and it sufficed for a single night.

I stayed at this hostel for 2 nights. You are not given keys to the property or room as there is always someone there, particularly during the day. However, the lockers were relatively small and quite flimsy. There were only 2 bathrooms near my room, one of which included the laundry and often was piled with sheets to wash. The hostel was very cheap and easily located from the train station which suited me.

There was no wifi connection in the other house, that would have been helpful to have.
