Instead of getting a bed in the main part of the hostel, I was put in another apartment, 5 mins walk away. there was no wifi, very unhandy. the so-called "kitchen" did not even have a stove/cooker. the shower was not very clean, the water cold, if you didn't care for the boiler yourself half an hour before. but worst of all: the badly organised stuff put me into a private room onto another one's bed, when they were not in the room! at least the stuff was friendly and the location perfect

Really nice place, quiet, with all the facilities you need, and clean. Personnel is very helpful and supportive. Location is the best. Though the place is not very authentic, just a usual youth hostel place to stay.

This was a nice hostel although certainly not the best I have ever stayed in. The staff were friendly & helpful and instantly gave me a map and directions when requested. I had heavy luggage and I was pleased to see that there was a lift going up to the rooms which are situated away from the hostel reception about a one minute walk away down the street. The bedrooms were comfortable & the computer at the hostel was fast too which makes a nice change!

I really liked this hostel. The beds were comfy, the dog was cute and the staff were excellent. They almost made you feel like you were part of the family. Definitely stay here!

We were in a second hostel down the street, which was initially a bit strange, but turned out fine. The only issue was having to go back to the main building for wifi. Otherwise clean and well priced.

Loved staying here for a couple of days whilst I was looking for a more permanent place to stay in Pisa. The staff were great and they also helped me in a search for a flat. It's such good value for money especially condsidering the location; right in the middle of Corso Italia, the main street in Pisa. I would highly recommend this hostel!

Excellent location, really friendly staff. Sadly we had to shower in the dark, no curtain and the cleanliness was not great, particularly the bedding and bathroom. But hey, if you're only there for a short stop, it's ideal.

Great location, room with the bathroom was just awesome, although after whole night it was a bit hot inside. Worth it's price.

Overall this hostel is good and the staff are nice but I think it should describe that the "kitchen" tools available for guest to cook is only microwave. Some guest I know, especially female, bring raw food ingredients hoping to save money in food cost but left feeling slightly disappointed.

I was at the hotel for nearly a week, the staff are very friendly and helpful, I felt like I was at a friend's house, the location is excellent in full street and minutes from the tower, you can go out and entrain when one wants, there is a microwave and a tea and coffee 24 hours, a common place with a pool table and TV, all very clean comfortable beds, the best value for money that eh found ...

I was very happy, I was already gone before. I always return there because there is a very friendly atmosphere. Also, the hostel is located in a central location of Pisa, in the busiest street, from which you can reach in a few minute walk to anywhere else in the city.

Staff nice and excellent location. In the part of hostel we stayed in which is different to where reception is, there is one sink, 2 showers and 2 toilets for about 9 people. That would be fine but because showers were not good, there was always water and other stuff all over the while floor. Also they were very short on toilet paper. Not ideal.

Nel sito dovrebbe essere specificato che le tariffe non includono i due euro di tassa di soggiorno. Il personale non è molto cordiale. Non ho visto thè, caffè e biscotti 24h su 24. Prices are not inclusive of 2 euros for staying fee. Personnel is not very friendly and helpful. I couldn't see tea, coffe and biscuits 24hours a day.

The guy at the reception was stoned... And it also smelled like pot in the whole Hostel-Area... We didn't get a key and had no padlock. So it was't safe at all... Our room was full of mould. The location though was perfect and for this price I don't except everything to be perfect... Over all a nice hostel, that could be get cleaned some more often...

I enjoyed my stay in Pisa. Great service, they even give you tea coffee and bisquits in the rooms. Unfortuntly because of this there was no breakfast included but whos complaining i was sick of eating cornflakes at every hostel anyways. Now for the bad: first off there is no wifi so you will have to go across the street to receive that from the pizza shop, not so bad but more inconvient. And as for the beds it felt like you were sleeping on just a box spring.
