They cancelled my reservation while I was making my way there, just an email has been sent, which is abviously not the customer friendly way (when they had my phone number too) to cancel a booking less then 24 hour before the arrival, however they managed to give us the booked room, so it was just a strange intermezzo. Paddy's palace impressed me. There is a great staff, extremely helpfull, and fun to be around. The facilities are very clean, confortable, and breakfast is included. would have been useful to know to take towels. There was no running hot water in the building apart from one shower. There was a dishwasher in the kitchen but not enough utensils and plates for this to be effective. The staff did not appear to be at all concerned about this situation. Lengthy wait for key. Several rooms shared key. There was no running hot water in the building apart from one shower.
