I would highly recommend this hostel - for its facilities for a family and the helpful aid and suggestions of its owner. We could, nt really use the "fun facilites" due to the motives of our trip- but I would rate it as one of the best. The staff at this hostel were very accommodating and were always trying to help me find things to do. The room was clean and spacious with lots of furniture and lighting. The bathrooms were small but everything worked well. The hostel is very close to the S-Bahn station where you can catch trains to Frankfurt and Weisbaden. Florsheim itself doesn\'t have much to offer that I saw, but it was a cute little town. A nice hostel on the edge of Frankfurt - and not far from Mainz (should probably be included in both lists). The owner is helpful and informative. One complaint is that the hostel does not have security lockers as advertised. The owner indicated that this issue would hopefully be resolved in the near future. The hostel has apparently changed ownership within the last 3 or 4 months, so may go through some changes. We loved this hostel! It is a little out of the way but a great location if you want to bike into Mainz or a daytrip into frankfurt. The staff were fantastic! THe breakfast was great! The people of Florsheim were so kind and hospitable. Our favorite hostel and location so far.We loved this hostel!
