Good hostel, clean rooms, good beds, wifi. Friendly and helpful staff. Only the bathroom was not clean, probably not cleaned for a couple of days.

Our family room is very small, beds (double deck) creates noise once you move..facilities poor...Chinese Sec. guard down stair of Kingston Bldg. where they housed us (in-front of Paterson Bldg. where we c.in & transferred us to this Kingston Bldg) really has the poorest attitude ever, while the rest of the staff although with very limited English, they're attitude is generally average although not as emotionless as people in Singapore. Customer Service needs to be improved esp that guard.

Funny, a note downstairs says that the hostel is illegal.. maybe that's why they don't have a sign which says there is a hostel. The rooms don't have numbers on the doors. As for the rest i think it is ok, but not really special. Public transportation to airport and metro is at walking distance, which is a nice plus.

Great location, not really much character. The hostel is expanded over a few levels, with no served breakfast just coffee. If you are traveling and looking to meet people, I would not recommend this hostel. Convenient and close to all the main shopping area and underground

This is the 2nd time I've stayed in this hostel because the location is excellent in Causeway Bay on HK island, about 2 minutes walk from the metro. The dorm rooms are definitely not amongst the cleanest I've seen, particularly the bathroom, and it seemed Easter made the prices fairly expensive this time, but if like me while in HK you only want somewhere to sleep, then this is great.

They should put foam on the beds. Some of them are just the box spring (the bottom hard part of the mattress), which they have foam for, but they don't start with it on, you have to ask for it. The first two nights where uncomfortable, but we finally figured it out for the last night and had a good sleep. it's a great price and great location, pretty average in terms of what you're going to get for a cheap hostel in HK. If you're used to a social atmosphere, it seems like HK's not that way.

Location of the hostel is good, right in the centre of Causeway Bay and close to the Chinese Embassy (if you need a visa). Apart from that there aren't a lot of positives. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, the place seemed generally dirty, and the mattress I had felt like it was made of concrete. There was also a cat in the common room which seemed intent on jumping on people (and their laptops). Worst hostel I've stayed in for a while and certainly couldn't recommend it.

Decent hostel, nice compared to other Hong Kong hostels because there is a common room. Location is good, 4 stops from central.

The sign on the door said this wasn't a legal hostel so we decided not to stay there. We didn't to risk spending a night in a Chinese jail! We lost our deposit and one nights fee.

To make your hostel more welcome to guests you need to make sure that the hostel is cleaned daily, my room was not cleaned daily and the toilets were blocked most days which i was then unable to use.. On the website Hostelworld the WangFat is said to have facilities which it does not such as a pool... Staff also need to address clients in a professional manner, I was unimpressed at the response I was given when I approached one staff member about the toilets not working.

Clean, efficient room, located in the Tsim Sha Tsui area, about a 10min walk from 2 different subway stations. Bars and restaurants close by.

The hostel does not provide enough sockets in its rooms and no breakfast as well. Stationary computers are useless, only the location is really perfect in the heart of Causeway Bay.
