Hostel was nice, very good character. However we were slightly disappointed by the showers (pressure of hot water) and also the bunk beds were very unstable (gave us the impression we were going to brake the entire beds and fall on the people bellow).

The price may indicate a reduced level of service and comfort, but is is definitely not true. The hostel has a charming character, and I would describe the hostel as one of the bests I’ve been in because of the low price and the character.

Maybe a little more specific help with translating things and bus times and where exactly to get the bus from and things like that. They were good but a bit vague. Think they should try to bear in mind exactly how difficult it is for people who speak the very minimum Chinese, and guests who don't speak any. Lovely hostel though and they staff and atmosphere were great! Best hot chocolate I have had in the whole of China!

This was a cute hostel, good showers (but go earlier coz the hot water can run out), the beds are a little rickety but the rooms were warm

The interior of the hostel is lovely decorated, the room (twin bed room) was clean and all facilities were ok. The staff was very helpful although proficiency in English varies. The Hostel is easy to reach from the trainstation and from the center of the old town, though going buy bus during the Xi`an rushhour will test your patience.

Lots of character, well organized as this hostel is only 4 months old, surprising! Friendly staff, coy pond in entrance, heated tiles in bedrooms, not bath. Some bath issues and smoking in hallways which I could've passed on but overall, good mojo, good cafe; close to wall, Muslim street and transportation, I would stay again.

Smoking was allowed in the common area, would've been nicer for a separate area. Service was excellent, smiles all the time. Receptionists were very helpful with everything, can speak English well, easy to approach.

I booked a week there and I had a good time... It is clean , good beds with lamp and socket to plug your computer and stuff in , good heater system in winter... It is a nice place to stay , excepted some people from the staff who are not so friendly !!! pity... I noticed 2 negative points , music too loud in the bar untill midnight that you can hear in the room :( , and they cancelled my booking the day I got the hostel :(. Still a good place to stay.

I stayed at this hostel for 2 nights. It's a very nice private room, and cheap, I think, may be it's low peak season. Room's very good, good facilities, good shower and clean. The only dislike is that the location is quite far from center.

I paid for the twin private but wasn't available when I arrived so they upgraded me to the massive family room for free! Very clean and comfortable room and en-suite bathroom. Hot water when you need it though can run out if taking a long shower. WiFi coverage excellent with multiple access points throughout, good speeds too. No self-service laundry, provide 2 day laundry service - not so great. Cafe food hit-and-miss. Great location, helpful staff. Not many foreign travellers when i was there.

The location is very central in the Old City of Xian and near almost interesting places, The rooms are comfortable, clean and large and have all nedeed facillities. The staff is very friendly, sprofessional and do speak good english. The atmosphere is friendly and multicultural. I certainly will stay among the very friendly warriors next time I visit the interesting city of Xian and recommen others to do the same.
