Good location, nice and friendly staff, good vibe and atmosphere... I loved the dumpling party ;) Thanks for your support with organizing tours and translating ...
Friendly English speaking staff. + Easy to find as Xian has a square wall that can be used as a reference. Bad: Most Electric sockets in the room faulty and can not be used. Toilet and bathroom fittings poor and falling apart.
I have been at this hostel for 10 days more than i wanted but never felt bored! the staff here are most friendly and the food is great. Coco (the manager) is always willing to help with any questions.Feel free to ask her anything! Emma makes a great coffee and Ammy is always around to lighten up the mood. Thanks for a great stay guys! This hostel is clean, vibrant and in a good location. Also if you into football please see the staff as they can hook you up to any live games online!
When we needed help arranging airplane tickets a great lady named Co Co went way beyond helping us and we had a great flight if it was closer I would go back just to say thanks
It's a amazing experience. Everything is perfect here.

Choose exit A2 if you arrive by subway. Nice and cooperative staff. Facilities nicely decorated, but public toilets only in the cellar and the internet only worked in the lobby. Furthermore not every computer could be connected to the wifi. City center can easily be reached by foot and there is a restaurant right beside the hostel.
One of the best hostels I stayed in so far. The atmosphere is really nice and reminds of a traditional building while being clean like a normal hotel. Only problems we had was one morning without water, but that's probably not the hostel's fault, and that the windows were pretty thin, so we could here the street. However, it's a side street so cars are not that frequent. All in all a very nice stay in Xi'An.
The wi-fi didn't work properly which is quite a big deal as you're quite dependent on it while traveling. The staff was extremely helpful and we were able to leave our luggage in the storage room for two nights before our stay. The restaurant was good but a bit expensive. Hostel guests did get a discount on drinks though.
The hostel was very nice, clean, had a good atmosphere and very friendly staff. The only thing I would rate negative is the motivation of the staff in the restaurant - they were friendly but far from customer-oriented and in 95% of the cases they wouldn't come automatically and ask for orders and they would never ask whether a guest might like another drink.

We enjoyed our stay here and would come back!! A great place.
Good place and good location, inside rempart of Xi'an. Full of Historical place. Hostel was nice and useful. There are place to eat, to advertise, to go on internet, to go outdoor... Employees are really nice and speak english very well.
Good hostel, which is definately recommendable. Two best things are that it is close to muslim quarter (really worth a visit!) and the free pick-up service at the train station. As it usually extremely busy by the station it's really nice to have someone guiding you to the bus and following you from the bus-stop to the hostel.
The rooms were comfortable and the facilities were clean. The staff was friendly, but they did seem a little bit disorganized and understaffed. I repeatedly witnessed the ladies at the desk telling customers to come back later because they couldn't answer their questions or meet their needs right away. I also didn't like how expensive the deposits were for everything. Towels weren't included with the beds: they had to be rented for a deposit of 30RMB. But there was free pool and great food!
Great value for money, no kitchen if you are on a budget but food is good in the restaurant. Great staff who were very helpful
Decorations are very welcoming and fun, overall pretty clean, restaurant menu items are mostly 20RMB + but pretty tasty. Beer is a bit expensive with cheapest at 10RMB. Quick walk (15-20 mins) to city center. Fun place, good variety of people staying there. The staff were very helpful in getting us taxis and helping with directions, most spoke enough English to be helpful. Would definitely stay again!
This hostel was very clean and very nice, rooms were like a hotel rather than a hostel.
I can't rate this place highy enough. In fact, it made our stay in xi'an. The staff all put so much effort into their service and are continually driven to converse through their enthusiasm to practice their already excellent English. The restaurant is cool and comfortable with a good, fairly priced menu. The dorm served it's purpose perfectly proving quiet, comfortable, dark and safe. The bathroom facilities were also very clean. Would definitely stay here again!
staff was super helpful about directions, especially when we had to change train tickets in the middle of the night, they looked for us online, which was very helpful; second night booking in person cost more than the night booked online.
Nice hostel with a good vibe. Location isn't amazing but it's not too bad and the city is easy to navigate by bus/foot/train even for a non-Chinese speaker like myself. Good quality beds and linen. Wifi was a bit patchy but otherwise all good. Would stay again.
Great value for money, especially if you book online! Clean room, friendly and helpful staff and in generelt a great trip with lots to explore!
