Staff were friendly, rooms were big, but nothing like photos on website! I booked a deluxe....it was very damp, tatty furniture,condensation running down windows and damp patches on walls.Towels were stained. Mattress worn out and painful to sleep on. No soap in bathroom I asked for some but they didn't have any ! Many of facilities listed on website simply didn't exist. Alley was unpaved and full of muddy puddles, not a pleasant location but close to sights. Definitely wouldn't stay again.
