Very spacious, clean rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Do the DMZ tour, definately worth it! Great breakfast. People seem to moan about the location of this hotel, we thought it was great. In walking distance of everything but down an alley so was nice and quiet.

Waterland, more like WONDERLAND!! ! Loved it.. Got picked up from bus, staff were all so lovely and accomadating. We booked a double room and got given a massive twin room which beds were huge. Had sofa chairs, fridge, desk, proper bathroom,, flat screen tv. On arrival we got a cold flannel and a banana and mango shake. Everytime we use computers they brought us water. When we went out they gave us 2 free big bottles. Everything about it was dreamy. Highly recommended. WE LOVE WATERLAND.

Thank you for waiting to pick us up as the bus delayed the arrival time for almost 2 hours. The room was spacious and clean. However, the motorbike rental of USD 10 is a bit overcharged. The staff on duty at night was not friendly to any of us. As the hotel located deep inside an alley, we all get lost in finding the way back to hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay :)

Great bargain. When you get breakfast, juice on arrival and a nicely turned out room you can complain. It looks like they had some DIY decorating but it's good by Vietnam standards. Nice staff and nice breakfast. Yes it's a bit hard to find first off but once you know where you are it is easy to get around.

The hotel is down an alleyway but once you find it, it's a great location as it's a short walk to the sites. The owner was very helpful as I was getting a suitcase sent to me that I left in Hanoi, and he was able to help with the logistics of getting my back in HoiAn.

Decent place in Hue. The room was really big but we couldnt get hot water in the showers at night. Not too bad though. The staff was really great. They serve Vietnamese sandwiches for breakfast!! (Thank you for something else than eggs! ;) And you get loads of ginger tea while using their computers :) I recommend it!

Pros. Close to the Open Tour bus stop. Excellent service. The room we had was good with a quality mattress. Close to all restaurants and the visit to the Royal Palace in walking distance. Contras. The hotel has 5 floors but no elevator. The hotel is situated in a narrow street, surrounded by several youth bars where very loud music is played from 07:00 in the morning until 23:00 at night. Although we liked the hotel and the staff, after 3 nights we had to decide to leave to get some sleep.
