The staff was really friendly and helpful. We got a warm welcome, free fruit and drinks while waiting for our room to be ready. Our room was spacy, clean and cozy. We booked 2 tours with the hotel and both were really good, we really liked the tour to Bach Ma National Park, it was not too far away and the group was only 6 people and the view was great even though it started raining.

More information could have been given about the 8 dollar day tour. Was very unclear what was included and what was not. For example; we got the info that the entrance fees was not included after booking the tour.

Super clean hostel with very helpful staff. We rented bikes from the hostel and drove them to hoi an. Would recommend having a guide as the traffic through da nang was hectic. Would stay here again!

The hotel is located in a rather shady alley, but maybe it was because we arrived at night. The hotel staff were really helpful, and easy to talk to. They also helped us plan our trip from Hue to Hoi An. Everything was smooth, easy and fuss-free. The rooms provided were also spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for accommodations in Hue!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Really made you feel welcome and went out of their way to help us organise our trip.

Pros- huge rooms, amazing ac, nice shower, nice staff. Cons- dirty towels, is located in dark creepy alley, no elevator and the top room is on the 6th floor, served almost raw instead of hard boiled eggs.

The place was good for what we needed but is different to how it is advertised online. Good location and friendly staff!

The staff are simply amazing! They made us feel very welcome. Our room (on the fourth floor) was quite nice and quiet. We appreciated the tea making facilities and that we could rent a decent motorbike from the hotel. Its location is good as well, though a little hard to find at first.

This hostel was really nice, they'd prepared breakfast and a smoothie for me when I arrived. The location is good, it's not too difficult to walk places. The room was clean - although as I was leaving a saw a mouse by the kitchen! But I would recommend it, I think that was just chance.

Staff really helpful, great location, incredible value for money.

Really Nice hotel we had to top floor which included a roof terrace really cool! Good location to get into town and bedroom really nice, even had a bath! Staff lovely and helpful. Lady booked us a motorbike for the day to drive to dong Hoi and took our big bags via car.

Fab hostel. Great value for money for 3 bed private room. Greater with fruit and refreshments. Really helpful staff

Really lovely staff who welcomed us warmly and always offered us tea, coffee, fresh fruit and juice when we were in the foyer. Rooms clean and big although not quite as classy as on their website (the pictures are probably concept designs). Location good with some nice restaurants and bars nearby, and the imperial enclosure about 15-20 minutes walk away.
