Was a very good value compared with the other one considering the bank holiday. The lady was very gentle and always present for any request. Recomended

Diana (the owner) was a really nice lady and will help you with any problem that come in your way! Thank you for that Diana, and the place was amazing, clean and great! i would recommend anyone to Diana's place.

I really enjoyed my stay at Waves, Diana made me feel welcome and the accommodation was better than I expected after reading the insulting reviews. The double room I stayed in was excellent value and there was even a balcony to enjoy a drink in the sun. If you want a nice relaxing atmosphere with class then it's for you. To top it off I will be staying there again so please don't take any notice of the other reviews as they negative and misleading. You get my vote Diane!

Not clean, Breakfast was very bad; the welcome at the B&B was very unfriendly; no space to park a car

Diana tries hard but needs to repair a few things outside the bedrooms like the bath.

Not a very warm welcome, we were not even told things about the area, pubs, POIs, ... . Felt a bit unwelcome. There were 3 bathrooms of which the ground level one was quite dirty and smelly. There were no parking lots on-side, luckily we found a parking lot on a public road nearby. Breakfast was quite unpersonal, no cooked meals only white toast and cereals. The "only" good thing was the rather short distance (5-10 minutes walk) to the towan beach and city center. Overall, would not recommend it

Owner Comment (Hide)
we had a problem with a drunken guest using the down stairs toilet please refer to older reviews to see this is a one off situation we do supply a continental breakfast which is a lot more than just toast and cereals overall a harsh review i think
