The hostel was the best. The location is really nice but the best characteristic is the staff. They are incredible and treat every guest with loads of attention, patience and so much kindness that made me feel very cherished. Definitely deserves a visit!!

Excellent staff members especially Elisa, Bau and Patricia ;) a warm welcome and warm interest for any new guest ! Great location, value, activities (tapas, pub crawl, free tour) and facilities. Felt like a home in Central Madrid. The multicultural staff is very helpful and welcoming, they were able to provide great advice on local things and places.

Great location in Madrid. Planned activities every night made it easy to meet people and see the city. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and the kitchen facilities were decent. WiFi coverage was good as well, even in the rooms. The staff was excellent.

This was a good place to stay, good for your money. The common area is nice and big and so is the kitchen. Churro are for breakfast with coffee. There aren't enough showers for how many people they are accommodating. Pub crawls with Greg are great and the walking tours with Harriet are a good time as well, you learn a lot ! They do a lot of activities and also meet up with many different hostels in the area which is cool meeting a large majority of people. Staff is super helpful

The staff seemed a little bit cliquey amongst themselves socially, but were perfectly nice and helpful when it came to asking for logistical help. But, the atmosphere was easily among the best of any hostel I've ever stayed at. Over the course of only a few nights here, I made friends who I'll likely keep in touch with -- great for solo travelers.

This was my first hostel experience and it really set the bar high for future experiences. The staff really cares about their customer's experience, and you can really see the extra effort they put into making you have the best time in Madrid. They offer free guided walking tours. (By a lovely girl by the name of Harriet, who you should tip very well) and tours for pub crawls, flamenco, and even Toledo! All in all a great experience. Loved my time there!

The way hostel was absolutely fantastic. Good value and a great common room. Their sister hostel, Las Musas, which was just down the road, had a fantastic outdoor bar serving mojitos and Cuba libres for cheap prices and you were invited to go up anytime by staying at the way hostel. Rob was a great bartender at las Musas!

The red lights in the hostel are fairly offputting, otherwise a good hostel all around. Very helpful staff.

Had a great time at this fantastic hostel. Up there with the best I've stayed in. Great events every day to meet new people and friendly staff, but don't stay here if you need plenty of sleep!

This was by far the best hostel I have ever stayed in. The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean. There are private showers/bathrooms too. The lounge is always hopping and the free churros for breakfast are fantastic. The day trip to Toledo (20eu) was totally worth it; the driver was knowledgable and spoke decent English. Every employee spoke English, actually, and they made a point to get to know me over my 3 day stay. Will return again!

This hostel was good and value for money for a couple of days in Madrid. The common areas were great, with a well equipped kitchen and comfy bean bags. Activities were numerous and the tapas trip was something I will always remember! The bedrooms were a little sparse, and the bathrooms were quite small (though, you did have a private room with a shower and toilet - no stalls was nice). Right near the Plaza del Sol, it is easy to get to and walking distance from most big sites.
