Amazing hostel. Wish I had knew about it before! The atmosphere is awesome, and yet not overwhelmingly messy and disordered. The 12 beds room is very spacious - it felt like there were less people. They have fried churros for breakfast, which is amazing, and the people that goes there are cool and laid back. Everyone was respectful of the common dormitory despite the nice atmosphere. It costs a little extra money, but compared to other hostels, it's totally worth the price difference.

The staff were great quality, always prepared to help out in way they could as well as having a chat and a positive attitude. Way hostel was a very active hostel having tour guides, pub crawls, paella nights as well as many other activities which really enhanced the experience of staying at Way. Santiago was a guide on the pub crawl and was a legend highly recommend joining in the pub crawls as the guides are great quality and really make an enjoyable experience.

Good vibe, great location and plenty of planned activities. Only complaints would be the lack of a real breakfast offer and the low number of toilets/showers for the amount of people there.

The showers were a bit small and the big quilt and bed sheet were sewn together, but honestly the hostel was a great place to stay and i would come back. the only reason i bring it up is because there is alwways room for improvement. loved the common area.

Loved staying at the WAY Hostel! Best environment of any of the hostels I've stayed in. Loved all the activities they had planned, I went on the free walking tour and the bar tour with Harriet and highly recommend both!

Good hostel in a great location right in near the centre of the city. On a quieter street with a super market nearby and a short walk to just about any of the main attractions in Madrid.

Awesome hostel that's really easy to meet people - the common room is great, with computers and a TV. Mondays and Thursdays they hold drinking games before the pub crawl, which I found to be the easiest way to meet other folks. Pub crawl was great too. $2 paella is also wonderful - overall a great place. My only gripe was that some of the shower heads were broken and had very little water pressure, or the actual stand was broken so you had to freehand it.

My 2nd hostel in Madrid, so I had already made friends at the other and as a result didn't spend a huge amount of time here. They had daily activities and people seemed quite friendly. Nice kitchen and common area, clean rooms.

Overall good hostel with friendly staff and located only few minutes from plaza mayor etc. The common area is inside (no garden or outside space) but is good sized room for social space. Whoever the guy is who cooks the €2 paella - legend. Flamenco dance classes happen which is cool to watch/ join in. Rooms are clean and spacious - easy to meet many people from many places (as hostels are about). Decent showers and there's a handy Lidl nearby with 0.60cent litre beers (they taste alright too!)

The location is fantastic. It's walking distance from everywhere of interest in central Madrid and public transport networks. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had an ensuite private room for four people - it was great because the beds were all at floor level - no bunkbeds! It meant the room was quite spacious. There were lockers - if you need them, bring a padlock with you. The hostel organise activities everyday although we didn't join them. I would definitely stay there again.

Saturday night tango was a little loud, and ran up into the morning hours, but besides that, it's an incredible place to stay!!

Unfortunately, this hostel caters to a younger crowd (19 - 22) and almost encourages binge drinking. There is a 'drinking game' event every night where people take shots and drink loads...I enjoy an adult beverage, and it may have been that particular crowd that evening, but I felt I had traveled back in time into a very loud and obnoxious frat house...and unfortunately, had to sleep over...nightmare...

Was there for one night only, cant really say much about atmosphere or offers...Location good. Shower stalls seem too cramped/ transparent

Way hostel in Madrid was a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The common areas are great to hang out in and meet other travelers. It is close to the center of town and restaurants, bars and clubs.

I had quite a good time staying in a Way Hostel. The staffs were friendly and helpful. However, the wifi could have been better because it was weak in the room.

This is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Nice beds, lockers, communal area, big kitchen and good location to wander to everything, as well as near the metro. Also, they have organised events every night so it's super easy to meet people. Highly recommend for solo travellers
