Great location, only a few minutes walk from all the sights, and right by a metro station so easy access from atocha renfe and Madrid Barajas. Friendly and bi lingual staff. Computers available for use and nice common room. Would definitely recommend it.

It was a really great time in way hostel. I loved to cook in the kitchen. It is big enough to cook even if there are other people. Also the salon and the computer-station are really good. My bed was also really comfortable. The hostel is really close to Sol and to a metro station. So it has a perfect place to do some city trips (also by foot) .

Pretty good, but as usual these days the common room was just a giant computer room with everyone on their own laptops no one socialising. I'm glad this wasnt the case a few years ago when I went to hostels a lot. Nothing they can do about that though. The staff where really friendly and helpful, and the location was great

Way Hostel was a great place to stay. Lots of hang out space and a really nice kitchen, too. Very clean, and I was impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were. I'd definitely recommend it and return.

Waay to many beds compared to number of showers!

I stayed in the hostel for a week and I must say I really enjoyed my time. Breakfast was included, nice but at 10 everything is gone, a bit early for people wanting to enjoy Madrid's nightlife. Wifi was only available in the lounge/kitchen area. Everything you need is actually in the hostel, no need for sleeping bags, never really had to wait to use the showers, hot water...Extremely friendly staff (congrats to you guys!), some know your name since day one and they will help you with everything!

Staff was incredibly friendly, always had things to do and activities for guests. Great location. They really try to make your stay fun and comfortable. Towels were kinda skeezy looking though and they close the common room ridiculously early so if your roommates are asleep but you're not going out/want to go to bed yet, you're screwed.

The hostel is active and very fun. Activities are organized by the staff. The hostel is very well located: in the heart of the city (Sol area).

Great place, no problems. Good breakfast of toast, nutella frosted flaskes tea coffee butter jam. good internet. I would suggest a smaller room of 4 or 6. sleeping can be tough in the 12 person dorms. staff friendly, great location.

Enjoyed it a lot, staff was great and easy to get to. Biggest complaint was the common area closing early so we would have to go out if we wanted to stay up.

The hostel was alright except for some cleanliness aspects, mainly the common room, which was filthy and reeked of beer. But the included breakfast was awesome and the location of the hostel is great. I would, however, recommend telling people that check-in time is not till 3pm. That's a little late in the day, later than many other hostels, and may present an inconvenience to some travelers. If you tell people they can't check in till 3 then they could rearrange their travel plans to coincide.

So-so. I had a good time here having fun with nice guests from all around the world, but I would say it had nothing to do with the hostel itself. The staff looked professional and did his work well but I wouldn't say he was friendly and supportive at all. One thing I didn't like about the hostel is that it was hard to get access to wi-fi. Nevertheless, the atmosphere was good.

Way Hostel was an absolute dream! This place reminded me of all that hostels CAN be - clean, fun, convenient, and affordable! The staff was always nice and helpful, and I made a bunch of new friends there. Facilities are superb - kitchen is lovely to use and the bathrooms are cleaned regularly. Rooms are quiet and Way organizes a lot of activities to ensure you're never bored. You're right in the center of the city too - what more to ask for?

The location and staff are perfect. The only negative issue was that the wi-fi signal wasn't working in my tablet. But the free computers for guests saved my life. So, the problem wasn't a completely mess.

Great staff! Clean. A suggestion, they currently have no Mirrors in the room....it would make a huge difference.

Great hostel in a great location. Free walking tours in the morning are also great, and there's activities organised for the evening of every night. Would definitely stay here again.
