Excellent, everything you'd want in a hostel. Great staff too.

WIthin an hour of being there, my wallet was stolen from my room. Then, only a few hours later, my locked suitcase was broken into and many things were stolen from inside. Despite the fact that they have security cameras and require key card access to the rooms, this did nothing in securing or retreiving my belongings. The staff were very sympathetic and helpful, however my things were still stolen and my time in Madrid close to ruined.

Had a great time here! They definitely help you explore the city. The facilities were very clean. A great value for money. Very close to Sol. Has a great time on the New Madrid walking tour! Harriet is an amazing tour guide!

Just an awesome staff! The room was great and it had all what we needed. There was all necessary services and the location could not be better! Thank you guys! I will definitely come again!

Great Location, right near metro stop, clean and friendly. The only thing that could be different is more bathrooms

I was for a night and I think that is a very good hospital, the Unix thigh is that you have to pay for the towel, but the rest of the thugs are SOOOOO GOOOD

Spent 2 nights at Way Hostel in a 4-girls-dorm; loved the fact that room was spacious and no bunk beds; also, we had three (!!) showers next to it. Was clean, nice common areas, breakfast ok (needs some unsweetend milk for cereals, though), extremely easy to get to know people, nice and helpful stuff that even carried my luggage to my room. Only disappointing thing. Went to the oub crawl which was fun, but our guide left us in the third bar and didn't take us to a night club as promised.

Friendly staff and nice location but I couldnt sleep well because my room is just beside public toilets. Such a loud. Except that everything is ok or good value.

Staying at Way was an AMAZING experience -- it really made my weekend in Madrid worthwhile and fun. With a friendly, awesome staff (Bao, especially!!), plenty of opportunities to meet other travelers, and really fun tapas tours and pub crawls, Way has it all to keep you happy and entertained in this city. We had so much fun and will recommend the hostel to everyone!

The staff was always very helpful. The dorm was warm enough, even with blankets included (which doesn't always happen in Spain) and also very clean. However, I would not recommend the pub tour because they only took us to kind of tourist traps, bars without a cool atmosphere.

Amazing staff and friendly environment. Loved all the events they offered - really try and take advantage of the tapas tour, tango lessons, and walking tour!

+ nice people/helpful staff + big rooms (4 bed female dorm) + location (close to metro station & supermarket/ walking distance to sights) - kitchen too small - wifi not exactly stable - instead of having a toilet in our ensuite bathroom, we had three showers.

Hostel was good, staff were excellent. They made the effort to know you by name even though it is a fairly big hostel. I had only booked a couple of nights and wanted to stay longer but Way was full so they found another hostel for me really close by.

Excellent location, staff very helpul and cool. Lot of activities, good place to meet fellow travellers. Free walking tour with Erika amazing :) Not many bathrooms so they are not always very clean as everyone use them and you may have to wait a bit in the morning to use them. But overall I would recommend that hostel

It was a very good stay, and the staff was always more than willing to help out. They were not too strick on kicking ppl out of the kitchen and computer area late at night which was nice when we had to make phone calls.

i will come back WAY hostel next time in Madrid!Nothing to complain , Very good location and staff are excellent, big kitchen, clean hostel. only one thing is avoid to stay in room face to main street bc of noisy during the night ! one suggestion is hostel should provide a free ear plugs!

Simple breakfast, very good central location, social events organized by Hostel.

I had a great time in this hostel! Very good location, clean and nice atmosphere, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. When I go back to Madrid, I'll definitely stay here again :)
