This is the best hostel i have stayed in so far. It is modern and clean. It has more facilities than you would expect. The staff is so warm, welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere of the hostel is such that you could stay there and have more fun. The kitchen is neat and clean with all equipments. The breakfast is well made. It has the best location. 2 min walk to supermarket, theatres, all pubs and restaurants.

Outstanding in all respects Thank you from St Austin's C2C cycle group . Nothing was too much trouble even checking over our bikes before we embarked on the challenging second day . A fabulous hostel in all respects .

Our family voted this our favorite hostel over the course of a three-week trip staying in IYHA hostels, independent hostels, and hotels. We ended up in Penrith more or less by accident and were delighted to find such a great place to stay - our only regret was that we were there for only one night!
