Not a typical hotel which means the staff work very limited hours to save costs so the room is very cheap. I would definitely recommend it as a cheap way to stay in a decent hotel that has all your basic amenities.

Nice hotel, 3 minutes walk to main JR station.

Great place to stay. I had a hard time finding it. I got there early and didn\'t have to use the coin-locker at the station because they are able to hold your luggage until check-in time. The room was clean, location is decent, and staff is friendly. Breakfast was good too.

Not too hard to find; some 10 minutes walk from JR Gifu station (you will probably need to ask people for directions). When we arrived our booking wasn't valid - that is, they'd never head of us. Major bummer. Luckily, they had two single rooms - but those were smoking rooms so the smell was pretty bad. At any rate, we dumped our luggage and explored Gifu, slept well enough (with the windows open) and did not touch the breakfast included. Oh, and the staff doesn't really speak english at all;...
