Though the room looked nice, many things just did not work, were broken..there was only one multiple plug, no possibility to use a kitchen, etc. And the heating was poor as well. A friend and I booked this B and B for one night on our way to Cinque Terre. When we arrived there at 11 pm on a Thursday night we were greeted at the gate and told our bathroom was broken but they had reserved us a room at a much nicer hotel closer to the train station. This "much nicer hotel" was horrible. She left us there and within 5 minutes of paying and receiving our key we were left alone in a dark and dingy hotel. Worst experience of the whole trip. The owner was very nice and recommended a great restaurant down the street for pizza. The B&B is very close to the bus stop so getting to and from the train station is convenient and frequent. We really enjoyed or trip in Pisa! An excellent breakfast (you can eat outside in the garden!), very very kind staff, a good location, near to the station and bus,... if we return to pisa, we don't need to search a hostel! We were students, but also for older people: it's quiet, cleen, nice people: ideal!We really enjoyed or trip in Pisa!
